Horrible customer service! I went in for perm rods after driving about 40 minutes to get there. The rods I needed were faded, and had dust inside the package, as if they had been sitting in a warehouse. The other beauty supply Stores were closed. We asked for a small discount and the owner told us no, then said only his brother could do discounts. My husband said okay we'll leave a review. He then said "Go ahead make sure its in capital letters". Beware of bad customer service from owners, guy checking us out was friendly though.

The business establishment lacks credibility and business practices that reflect the norms of the American business sector. Consumers have that expectation that every transaction will be handle ethically and with fair pricing. I have been visiting this store for over a year and it always and issue with over charging me for marked products. The product been marked at one price you leave and find your receipt reflects something different. This is not open unregulated market places. This is a business establishment that is just underhanded and stealing from the good people in our community. Before leaving the store please check all purchases for overpricing and extra fees. I am seriously trying not to file a complaint with Florida Consumer Affairs.

Not happy when the sale is completed with my bank card. I was charged extra when I used my bank card. I brought an item that was priced $6.99 and charged $7.23 tax .47 total $7.70. So I asked why a different price. I was told that my bank charges me. I asked was it their system that charges bank cards. If that's the case post a sign "When a bank card is used a fee is processed."

Prices are Too High for The item. Felt as if I was being taken advantage of. I didn't make the Purchase, I will Not Return.

My go to place for hair accessories and hand made soap.

I always go there to get my hair care products, but this time they didn't have everything I needed. This is the only place I can buy this product for my hair. But most of the time they have everything. And they are very helpful. They will actually go and look for you if you can't find something. If they don't have it they will refer you to there other store after they call to see if they have it or they will tell you when they expect it to come.

Always a pleasure!! He has just about every hair product you can think of... super happy about that!!
