So happy I ran across this place! The office is so beautiful and I feel so at home for my appointments. Doug is incredible at accommodating my crazy schedule. No matter which doctor I see, I feel taken care of. Highly recommend! Also, there’s a gift shop. I just thought it was beautifully decorated. I love the little trick or treaters. I had to stop myself from buying them all.

Amazing staff and place. Everyone is so welcoming every time I come into the practice. It is also a very beautiful practice with a spa like atmosphere and a cute gift shop in the front. I cant say enough great things about the TMS treatments. Its a quick visit with no side effects, and I have been feeling a lot better. I also love Dr. Dees, she is the best!

This business has been such a breath of fresh air compared to my previous psychiatries. From day one, they’ve amazed me with their availability and flexibility of scheduling. I even felt so guilty for having two different back to back emergencies that impacted my appointments, but the wonderful staff were able to accommodate me. I think I’ve worked with almost every employee at this location by this point, and each is a pleasure to work with and super knowledgeable. The interior itself is clean, chic, and comfortable. Five stars doesn’t even feel like a good enough rating for the great experience I have.

Mental health is so important and when you already feel terrible, having the fate of your psychological wellbeing in the hands of a psychiatrist who couldn't care less about you is absolutely soul crushing. I rarely feel moved to write a review but If I can help save one person the time, energy, and stress of finding a mental health provider who legitimately provides quality care, I will be happy. I saw Dr Dee's last week and it was the first time in over three years that I left a psych appointment feeling understood, cared for, and confident I was in good hands. I truly can't say enough good things. Anyone who has voiced a contradictory experience on here, I truly have a hard time believing. I observed the exact opposite of virtually any critiques posted on here during my evaluation. Within the first few minutes of meeting I immediately felt more at ease. Dr Dee's is truly incredible and genuinely wants what is best for her patients. The idea that she is flashy, showy, or looking to sell you additional services that arent necessary is a joke. The thing she most excitedly made a point to highlight was the Halloween decor that was recently put up in the lobby :) The equipment in her office is state of the art but she couldn't have been more humble or easy to be around. Same goes for the staff. She also went out of her way to help connect me with a pharmacy where i am able to get my new antidepressant for a fraction of the price it would normally cost. She couldn't have been kinder and did a fantastic job pulling the most relevant information from the detailed recount I gave her about my past history. I didn't feel rushed and felt like my concerns were being heard. Prior to this, I was being seen at a practice where I had been put on an antipsychotic despite never having a mood disorder. It gave me horrible side effects and it was painfully obvious the person I was seeing cared very little about helping me find a solution. I had been on it for several months and felt miserable. Dr Dee's put me on an antidepressant that is similar to a medication i previously had a good response with and I am truly amazed she was able to find something that works for me. I start TMS treatment this week at her office and feel like i am on the right path with my mental wellness for the first time in a long time. I couldn't be more grateful.

Dr. Dees is an outstanding psychiatrist who consistently goes above and beyond for her patients. Her compassionate and warm approach creates a welcoming atmosphere in her office. Dr. Dees' extensive knowledge and amazing medication management showcase her expertise in providing top-notch care. Additionally, the convenience of telehealth appointments adds another layer of accessibility for patients. The staff is amazing and contributes to the overall positive experience. Bonus points for having the cutest gift shop in the front of her office. Highly recommend for anyone seeking exceptional psychiatric care.

I would highly recommend this place for your psychiatric care, the office is beautiful like no other office. There is also a pop-up shop with beautiful decor available for purchase. They have immediate openings for your needs so if you need someone fast it is the place to go

Truly appreciate the quick response to my anxiety and depression following the birth of my son. I appreciate Dr. dees for always fitting me into the schedule no matter the time or day. I feel like they truly personalize my treatment and they all know me by name when I walk in. Additionally they have been so awesome working with my insurance to get all of the paperwork filled out quickly for them. Also the office is soooo nice and cute.

Wanted to go here.. they don't take the UH hmo I have.. was willing to pay out of pocket, but they won't fill ssri medications without an appointment. So the cost structure just wasn't there for out of pocket. Wish they'd check insurance before signing in take forms. Five starring to communicate with the public to save their time, and to communicate with the company in regards to the ssri tell policy.. was not convinced I got the right answer.. nevertheless, I'm sure once you're in the door, this is a good business

Awesome staff and shop. Dr. Dees is very knowledgable and takes great care of her patients. They offer many different treatment forms in order to accommodate to each patient. There is a great little shop in front of the office that has seasonal gifts and adds to the welcoming environment of the practice.
