Looks nice on the outside, pools and rooms are nice. Unfortunately the team is relentlessly unhelpful. Maintenance and pest orders take forever to get fulfilled. Maintenance and cleaning teams come into apartments whenever they like, doesn’t matter if you’re sleeping, changing, etc. Team at the front desk is a toss up, a few have been kind, mostly they’re short and unwilling to find a solution. I loved my Disney College Program, but I would’ve loved it a whole lot more if they had Disney-run housing.

The office team isn’t helpful at all, nor do they come up with solutions to help you out. If you order doordash or Uber you have to walk completely out of the gate even when it’s pouring rain. The security is ridiculous as if it’s a military base. Overnight visitors are not allowed, and they take their ID, license plate number etc… if you’re parked in the visitor parking between 1am-7am your car gets towed away. Many of us who are here are adults and it’s like being trapped in a cage.

I had an issue with one of my roommates and spoke to numerous staff here at flamingo, not sure if it’s because half of them are young but there really needs to be better improvement when it comes to issues like this…spent weeks trying to to feel heard and all that’s given is a mediation. Didn’t even speak to the manager I was supposed to speak to on email…he was on vacation AFTER stating we would meet. The only solution they offered me was to move out and pay a fee, when I shouldn’t be the one to move out! I wish there were higher ups to speak to because it can get frustrating just know if you have issues you’re on your own with no support.

They close all the amenities at midnight, so if you’re night shift (and most of DCP is) you will rarely be able use any of them, and lots of other bs you have to deal with like Florida cockroaches and tow truck drivers (same thing).

Ignored medical accommodations, refusal to help with life threatening situations, 3 people have gone missing and 2 suicides. Rooms are never cleaned properly. If you know you are staying with Disney, opt out.

Management isn’t amazing, but the amenities are great and it’s really a beautiful housing complex.

I left 3 months ago and they are still asking for rent. No. Yall took $10,000 away and you still want more? The lady laughed calling me irresponsible. Not my fault I want to leave this scam of a program to be home and then got a $0 paycheck my last week. Maybe tell your renters to work enough hours the last week, better yet make rent cheaper because it is not worth it. If you do the program save yourself and get your own apartment.

Brand-new, modern and turn-key apartments with elevators for Disney College Program students & staff. Very nice and well thought out complex with everything you need including furniture, common areas, gym, pool, basketball courts, amphitheater, among other new facilities. It is a gated community and is protected by 24hr security guards.
