Dr. Tran was one of the rudest doctors I have ever met. She constantly answered sarcastically and didn't take any of my concerns seriously. Never coming back to this office again. Any ENT is better than her.

I'm pretty sure this business it's scam-like in nature. On January 13th 2023 I came here for an ear infection in my left ear, and I was seen by a physician named Alyssa Pena. She diagnosed me with a ear infection of course and gave me some ear drops or antibiotics, I forget what exactly. I came back a week later with the infection still present, and she prescribed me some more ear drops/antibiotics. A week later, I was seen again with the ear infection still there, and I was seen by an actual doctor since she didn't know what to do. The doctor immediately noticed it was a fungal infection and I then was prescribed something to proper and given proper treatment. So, the problem here is I payed 2 expensive copays and a lot of money on medication (ciprodex drops are expensive) But, they have to make money and exploit me for a bit I guess. It shouldn't cost $180 in copays to solve a simple infection. I guess I'm too naïve and thought they would actually be competent.

I went there this year for sinus and deviated septum issues. The doctor was attentive and helpful in this matter, including offering to surgically fix my problem before the end of the year. My last appointment there was on October 10th 2023. I was forewarned that his scheduler would take at least 2 weeks to get back to me because of a heavy workload. I was ok with that, so I waited 3 weeks before I decided to give her a call to try to schedule surgery. Since then, I've left approximately 7 voice messages, I've called the office 2-3 times in-between that. I also dropped by the office, in which a message was sent directly to the scheduler (by a front office staff), and it was attached to the supervisor, as well. Tomorrow will make 2 weeks since my last attempt, and I've heard nothing back. Not one call from either scheduler or supervisor. This leads me to worry what my after surgical care would be if something went wrong and no one would return my call. I have worked over 40 years in the medical world, and I am quite familiar with how hectic work can be, but it is unacceptable to make a patient wait 3 weeks for a simple callback. I will be going elsewhere, but felt the need to express my concerns with how this office is being run, and whether the doctor is aware of these concerns . .

I am very disappointed with the service I received today. Dr.Tran was extremely dismissive of my concerns. Though I had a referral from my primary, and expressed that my symptoms were making me uncomfortable, I was still told “you’re fine” and to “give her a call in two weeks if I wasn’t feeling better. I’ve had an ongoing sore throat and she didn’t even bother to run a scope down my throat. It’s heartbreaking how easily black women are disregarded and dismissed in this health care industry. This visit was not only a waste of my time, but I now have to find another ear, throat, and nose specialist to help me figure out what’s going on and how to fix it. UPDATE - After getting a second opinion I found out that I actually have mono which caused me to have tonsillitis since it went untreated. Keep in mind I provided the same information to the doctor that diagnosed me, that I did to Dr.Tran. This shows her blatant disregard for my concerns. If you are a black woman looking for quality medical care I would not go to this office and I would definitely not go to see Dr.Tran with your concerns. According to the ENT specialist who provided me with a second opinion, if I had gone another two weeks without treating the mono the tonsillitis could’ve escalated to the point where I’d have to have my tonsils removed. Thank God I went with my gut and got a second opinion. This is negligence. There is no other word for it.

Showed up for my appointment, 10 minutes early as was asked of me, only to be told that my appointment is not today because the scheduler input the wrong date and they were unwilling to squeeze me in. I understand they were busy but I took off work for this and I am not able to just take off whenever I need to so now I also won’t be able to make it in to the appointment they wrongly scheduled me for next week either. No one was even apologetic. Now I’m forced to just deal with this discomfort and pain. What a great job 👍🏽

Very professional. Great care. I’d put off treatment that I needed for years. The surgery scheduler went above and beyond to get me approved and scheduled. The surgeon is top notch, very thorough. I’d highly recommend The Ear, Nose, Throat & Plastic Surgery associates.

EXTREMELY helpful. I went in last minute with no appointment to the Altamonte location. While they couldn't help me at there, they contacted this location and got me into an opening same day! This saved me another day off work and a 3 hour round trip! I'm so thankful and highly recommend. Super friendly staff!

I was recently referred to the PT division of the Winter Park ENT group. The three people I was in contact with Ivan- Ashley &Tammy were extremely professional, and kind. Ashley is very knowledgeable and helped me understand my current condition. Ivan was supportive and helped make the testing phase tolerable . I look forward to my future sessions with this organization. I heard others c/o wait time but the PT department was on point as far as time. They spent quality time I did not feel rushed.
