I have had many MRIs at various facilities such as Simon Med, Vincon Diagnostics and Advent Health. I must say that my experience at Rayyus was the worst I have ever had. This facility in Winter Park is a law suit waiting to happen. Lilian at front office has the nastiest demeanor I have ever encountered in my life. The technician that tended to me looked like an ex convict that did not know what he was doing. My procedure is required contrast dye. He placed a tourniquet in my arm and proceeded to inject the dye directly into my vein while the tourniquet was tied? I literally had to tell him, you might want to loosen the tourniquet. I thought he was using the tourniquet to find my vein so that he can place the IV. NOPE, I was wrong. I have NEVER had contrast dye inserted directly in my arm without an IV let alone have anything tried to be administered with a tourniquet tightly in place. The rest of the procedure was a nightmare and the table was starting to get very hot. I wasn’t provided with an emergency call button so I couldn’t warn or call anyone. I was provided with no instructions on what to do if I had an emergency. The whole experience was just a nightmare. I had another appointment next week and I canceled. I’m too scared to be attended by them.

I had to have an ultrasound down because of recent health issues and Peggy took amazing care of me! I’ve had these ultrasounds done many times and it’s definitely an uncomfortable experience but Peggy made me feel as comfortable as possible throughout the whole thing. I would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience here. Front desk staff was decent. It was 7am in the morning so didn’t expect them to be jumping out of their seat to please. But the weren’t rude. Tech guy was amazing. Asked for music and he obliged! Called a few weeks later for a CD image and they mailed to me since I could drive to get in person. No complaints.

They were pleasant and efficient and I didn't have a long wait time. Photos are of entrance and waiting area.

    1. Front desk staff Lilian was amazing. She helped me advocate getting proper scripts so RAYUS could treat me. 2. Dr. Bove was on point as usual. He is one who heals me with a set of 3 epidural injections. This time was cervical. In past were lumbar. The 5 star rating is quite deserved.

Very unprofessional, waited 2 hours past my appt, promised I would b given Valium before MRI, I filled out paperwork for valium, made me have a driver due to valium, asked for name and phone # for my driver, but never given any valium, they said no Dr there to administer valium. Did not tell me this until I was already undressed and in hospital gown and in procedure room. I should have been told when I arrived so I could reschedule. I drove over an hour to this facility because my Dr said the liquid valium was better than a pill. After waiting in anticipation for 2 hours in the waiting room. I had a complete panic attack due to my claustrofobia. They acted like it was no big deal. Even had the nerve to ask if I wanted the person from the office to stay in there with me while I had the procedure.

Would strongly recommend staying clear of this office. Recently had a lumbar puncture that resulted in admission to hospital 4 days later. Staff were highly unprofessional, very low on confidence when explaining what was going to happen, had no idea how to discharge me after the procedure, did not know whether I should walk out or be provided assistance, back room staff were having a loud conversation during the 45 minutes of time I had to lay flat after that consisted of easily over 50+ F words. Whilst funny, it showed more insight into the office as a whole and I am not surprised the procedure resulted into hospital admission to fix the spinal fluid leak. Although it is a well documented side effect, you just get a feeling sometimes of when you are in wrong place. This was a classic example.
