One
of
the
worse
experiences
I
have
had
with
a
company.
Does
not
own
up
to
their
errors.
They
are
good
to
you
until
they
get
the
sale.
We
were
getting
a
custom
vanity
done
with
these
guys
and
I
was
very
concerned
about
the
plumbing
being
correct
as
the
vanity
had
an
open
concept
look.
Breno
told
me
that
he
would
have
a
guy
come
out
to
meet
my
plumber.
After
we
put
in
the
deposit,
he
called
back
and
said
his
guy
would
not
meet
the
plumber
and
to
just
give
our
plumber
the
measurements
from
the
design.
So
we
pay
to
get
the
plumbing
work
done
prior
to
installing
the
vanity
and
then
we
also
paid
to
get
the
drywall
done
(because
of
the
open
concept).
Turns
out
the
hole
in
the
middle
is
no
longer
visible
(which
was
not
communicated
previously)
and
so
I
paid
for
drywall
repairs
that
were
not
necessary.
Then
comes
the
day
to
install,
and
the
drawers
are
not
made
to
the
measurements
that
HE
gave
me
which
he
then
tries
to
blame
on
us!
So
we
send
him
the
proof
that
we
did
things
based
off
of
the
measurements
he
gave
us.
He
agrees
that
it
was
their
mistake
and
gets
the
drawers
remade.
The
side
cabinet
is
also
wrong
and
hits
the
drawers
when
opened
so
they
had
to
remake
this
part
as
well.
Theres
currently
a
pandemic
right
now
so
getting
a
hold
of
anyone
to
do
anything
takes
some
time.
We
finally
get
someone
to
do
the
electrical,
and
the
mirrors
and
now
are
ready
for
sink
installation.
The
guy
agrees
to
do
this
on
a
Saturday.
When
he
comes
he
sees
that
the
hole
that
was
made
on
the
countertop
(also
done
by
gaia)
is
not
correct
and
the
pipe
will
be
hitting
the
drawer
under
the
sink.
We
immediately
call
Gaia
and
he
acts
like
he
will
do
something
about
it.
We
send
pictures
to
him
as
well.
Come
Monday
or
Tuesday,
we
call.
We
leave
a
message
for
Breno.
We
also
send
him
texts
telling
him
he
needs
to
take
care
of
this
or
we
will
write
a
bad
review
about
our
horrible
experience.
Finally
I
call
from
a
different
number
(two
weeks
later)
and
get
a
hold
of
him
at
the
office.
He
tells
me
his
phone
is
broken
and
thats
why
he
didn't
respond
and
that
this
is
the
first
time
he's
hearing
of
this.
I
told
him
thats
interesting,
because
one,
I
was
there
when
my
husband
called
him
on
Saturday
AND
the
messages
show
as
read
on
his
phone
that
he
doesn't
have.
I
send
him
pictures
via
email
and
he
tells
me
he
will
call
the
crew
that
did
the
install.
He
asks
me
why
it
took
long
to
get
this
done,
and
I
explain
to
him
the
delays
(because
of
the
current
crisis)
and
that
as
soon
as
I
knew
it
was
an
issue,
I
contacted
him.
I
have
also
found
another
person
to
fix
the
drawers,
and
I
ask
for
the
partial
refund
for
that
amount
to
cover
the
costs.
He
calls
me
back
20
minutes
later
and
tells
me
to
do
what
I
got
to
do
because
its
been
too
long
(approx
6
weeks
mind
you)
and
that
they
can't
do
anything
about
it.
ALSO,
the
original
design
did
not
have
handles,
and
the
sketch
he
made,
replicated
this.
A
few
weeks
into
production
he
asked
which
handles
we
were
going
to
pick
for
the
design.
I
told
him
that
the
design
does
not
have
handles.
He
says
he
cannot
do
it
without
handles
unless
it
has
a
push
mechanism
on
the
drawers
which
he
did
not
charge
us
for.
I
told
him
his
original
sketch
did
not
have
handles
on
it
and
he
told
me
"he
doesn't
remember
the
original
sketch"
and
so
I
sent
him
a
picture
of
HIS
sketch.
He
then
admits
that
he
made
a
mistake
and
would
have
to
charge
us
for
the
push
mechanism
to
which
we
agreed.
THESE
GUYS
JUST
DO
NOT
TAKE
ANY
RESPONSIBILITY
FOR
THE
ERRORS
THEY
MAKE-->
OF
COURSE
THEY
WERE
PAID
IN
FULL
BEFORE
THE
SINK
GOT
INSTALLED.
and
are
now
washing
their
hands
of
the
situation.
I
will
be
doing
a
chargeback
as
well.
Sleezy
and
horrible
customer
service.
