I’m going to do my best to keep calm about this. But I am absolutely livid. Do yourself a HUGE favor and look elsewhere. This place will strip you of any money they can get from you. They’ll charge you for every little thing, including PAYING YOUR BILLS. Not everybody has a steady income ESPECIALLY BEING COLLEGE STUDENTS. And they take advantage of that! They charge $20 on top of the rent. You WILL get utility charges every month, regardless if you’re even home that often. The people at the front office are incompetent college students who never know the answer to anything. The only actual manager in charge only cares about getting every dime you own and is rarely helpful. College students deserve some grace because of what a difficult transitional period this is, but I can assure you this place will not give it. The pool closes so early you can rarely enjoy it. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. It’s absolutely infested with raccoons who make the hallways look like open dumpsters. This place is trash with a pretty bow on it.

Have only been living here for a month and deeply regret moving here. Apartment was dirty upon move in and appliances were disastrous. There is basically no communication between the leasing office, maintenance, and the resident. I thought my old apartment was bad but they at least had top notch communication! Literally had maintenance knock once and enter our apartment when we requested for them to not do that. Additionally, DO NOT expect worn down, rusted, or even moldy appliances to be replaced. They only seem to replace them if they are incapable of working and that’s with constantly pleading with them. With a price of $1000 rent, it is sad that the living conditions do not match. Very disappointed with my experience here. They are definitely providing a very low quality of service and taking advantage of college students. If you can find somewhere else to live I would, I certainly am!

It was a lot of fun being able to tour where I’ll be moving into!! Our tour guide was lleana and she was very informative and was really helpful with showing me where everything was. For her second time touring the place, you definitely couldn’t tell. I also really appreciated the snacks and drinks available on the tour!!

Village at Science Drive is a great place to stay! The bedrooms and common area are spacious, and the furniture is modern and updated. The neighborhood itself feels very safe, is clean, and I like the abundance of trees/nature. Its very close to campus too, which is convenient.

I live here currently. The apartments were absolutely filthy upon move in. I have mopped my room floor 9 times and it still comes up dirty. Flea infestation APARTMENT complex wide. Apartment refuses to pay for a pest bomb. Parking keeps getting stolen from the nine. Awful visitor parking system. I thoroughly regret moving here and I’ve already resigned my lease, so I can’t even leave. Cost me 400+ dollars in vet bills because my cat got fleas. Do NOT move here !!!!! They basically catfished me 😭😭

I was given a tour of the model by Collin. He was extremely kind and professional and made me feel right at home in my future apartment. Rooms are spacious and the 24 hour gym was a nice touch. Spookychella was so fun too!

I’ve only lived here a little over a month and it has been the WORST experience. Do NOTTTTT sign here. It’s way overpriced for the things we deal with here. Front desk NEVER picks up the phone and constantly goes straight to voicemail. My shower, bathroom outlet, and toilet were broken upon move in and they didn’t fix it for 3 days. I had to use my roommates. Our AC was leaking and coming out of the floor boards. The place was covered in cob webs and not clean at all!! We also have seen multiple roaches despite the cleanliness we keep at our apartment. The wifi is constantly DOWN and then when we try to call and tell them, they ignore the calls. We can’t even study or do homework at our own apartment because the wifi is constantly down or laggy. Please do yourself a favor and NOT sign here. They are so money hungry and all they do is charge for unnecessary costs. Way too expensive for the treatment we receive!!
