We really like our apartment. The office staff as a whole are really friendly, and work very hard to take care of both the residents and property. With prices increasing we looked into options outside the Adeline, compared prices. I shared my financial concerns with Hannah Goodwin. She took the time to discuss my apartment options here at the Adeline and those I was comparing, even looked at the map with me to find a safe area to live. She understood our financial needs. Edgar, the director, was very kind and helpful willing to work with us. The whole office really. When we decided to stay, Hannah worked diligently to help us move within a matter of days. Days! Once it was time to move, I was even offered and provided with tools to help the process and quickly given the keys. Very thankful! If your considering moving here, Id highly suggest it.

I wanted to share that Hannah Goodwin that works in the leasing office was incredibly helpful throughout the leasing process - from start to finish! Could not thank her enough for being responsive and going the extra mile helping us through the process while we were out of the state and securing housing. Would recommend the Adeline based on responsive and hospitality compared to other complexes we attempted to work with in the area.

I have lived at The Adeline for 2 years and I'm very happy here. I love this apartment complex because the environment here is beautiful with an amazing view of Park Lake and Lake Gem from the apartment and from the pool area. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to my needs. They have events for the residents and all my neighbors are so nice. It feels like a community.

The Adeline has a very impressive new member of their community, Hannah Goodwin. Hannah has been very helpful, attentive, and she is also very polite! She has a very warm, welcoming smile and personality which makes you feel comfortable asking any questions whatsoever! The energy she gives is amazing! Very strong work ethic! She will make sure that you are 100% satisfied with everything you inquire. You will NOT be disappointed at The Adeline. Their whole staff is so great! 10/10 recommended!

I toured the complex with Edgar a few days ago. He took the time to show us a few apartments and the apartment complex amenities. He even shared information about the surrounding areas, including Downtown Winter Park and nearby restaurants. This complex is well kept, clean and so quiet. Definitely this is a complex to consider when looking for an apartment in the Maitland area.

I scheduled a tour online and the leasing office was ready for me when I arrived. Hannah was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. She gave me a tour of the unit plus the amenities and addressed all of my questions/concerns. The process was so easy and smooth. Thank you Hannah!
