I'm currently living here and I've been here for the past year. No condominium or apartment complex is perfect, however out of all of the places I've lived in, this place is very nice. I keep my place very clean, therefore I never have any bugs (other than the occasional bug that is normal to find now and again in any home). Additionally, I believe the maintenance people do a decent job of keeping the place in tact. They are always leaf blowing the stairways, they often pressure wash the buildings, they recently repainted the banisters and repainted the parking lots and they keep the pool and the pool area very clean. Additionally, I've never had any issues with the security gate since I've been here (which has been a frequent issue at other places I've lived). And, whenever I call the office, the girl working there usually always answers and she is always friendly (I've lived in places where they never answer the phone at all or are are extremely rude). I do get annoyed sometimes when the garbage people don't come when they are supposed to but that is the only complaint that I have. There is a mixture of young and old people here so you will have the occasional person playing loud music while driving by or the occasional smell of weed but no matter how nice a place is or how much money people have, they still enjoy their music and they still smoke weed so you can't really avoid that anywhere. I've personally never had loud neighbors but I'm sure it happens in other areas of the complex. I believe the walls are pretty thick because I never hear talking or sounds coming from either side of me. Overall, it is a much better place than you will find anywhere else for the price that you'll pay. People want to play $800 a month with $2000 a month standards. That's not going to happen. This place is great and I will renew my lease.

I lived there fo over 5 yrs depending on unit you live can be filled with German. Roaches and ants they are good with things buts rent was raised from on me almost $400 they gave me enough time move with my pets that units only want 2 and neighbors are all noisy in your business asking where you work questions about your life there is a lot of unstable people there who government owned let stay there so you never know what your running into . They reconstruct pool few yrs Back as I was out for a swim a wire went into bottom of my foot. Always trash everywhere yes they use blowers to blow trash around but never pick it up , I would maybe if I was looking buy there hoping it gets better there before I do 🏝

Well I have been here 4 years but am l leaving this month. I have had bad neighbors who have been dragged out and arrested..there was a lot of drug dealing but things have slowed down on that end. I don't have bugs but I have seen units where the roaches are everywhere. Some units are renovated depending on the landlord for the units are owned by individuals..I you rent here make sure your a/c unit is new for all the original units without renovation,like mine, are broken. Lake View units great view...personally I think they are nicer condo rentals for the same price in the area..one last thing my neighbor was robbed recently, pool chairs need to be replaced,

This has honestly been a pretty decent place to live. Pretty landscape. Nice fishing “pier” (although it needs cleaning and some boards replaced). Property management has been very accessible and respectful from my experience. Biggest pro is that the walls are very quiet. I rarely hear my neighbors. This rating is low, however, for the major downfall of this place. Two major building fires within one year. I’ve noticed these buildings don’t have fire sprinklers. I also suspect there is some aging and hurricane damage to the building structures. There are growing water marks on my ceilings and I hear large animals in the walls at night. The edges around my windows are “soft”. I’ve been here for four years and noted that they do annual fire alarm inspections, but have never noticed general building structure inspections. These are individually owned units, so how would anyone know if a long-vacant unit below me is completely falling apart? Hopefully property management will address this concern after the most recent fire.

Neighbors are loud an obnoxious till 3am. They have the most loud and obnoxious lawn mowers starting at 7am. They shut off the water for hours with absolutely no warning. I do not recommend this complex. Been here 6 months and I can't wait till my lease ends. I regret signing it to begin with. My car has been vandalized and I watch the neighbor let her dog piss on other people's cars. Also I keep my place spotless but it this this complex also has a horrible roach/ant/spider problem.

We bought a condo there about 7 months ago, and the people who sold it had extremely good taste. Kitchen all renovated with granite, nice dark wood floors, walls great color beige, everything is awesome! We only come about once a month for the weekend, our neighbors are all great , our view is wonderful and we are super happy we our purchase!!! No bugs either

Gated complex situated in a pretty area by lakes. They’ve tried to upkeep but the major issues (agreed upon by neighbors) have remain unfixed: the destroyed roads with cracks and potholes, the broken playground causing injuries to my kid and others, and quite a few rude, loud, aggressive neighbors.

I have lived here for 2 years. Love the pool areas and walks along the lakes are great. Management has been great to deal with. Very responsive. Mike is super friendly. If you are looking for nice area and affordable, this place is it.
