Upon
arrival,
no
one
was
at
the
front
desk
and
there
was
a
sign
that
said
“will
return
in
29
minutes,
call
1507
to
check
in”.
Picked
up
the
phone
and
it
went
straight
to
voicemail.
I
had
been
trying
to
reach
the
hotel
all
day
and
only
got
a
busy
line.
Several
people
were
in
the
lobby
trying
to
check
in
and
some
asking
for
soap
and
towels
since
there
were
none
in
their
rooms.
After
about
15
minutes
of
waiting,
one
employee
finally
came
out
and
proceeded
to
check
us
in.
After
giving
us
our
room
keys,
we
were
given
the
wrong
directions
to
our
room
and
ended
up
having
to
circle
the
complex
just
to
find
out
that
our
room
keys
didn’t
work!
We
then
had
to
go
back
downstairs,
wait
another
10-15
minutes
to
get
our
keys
fixed.
Once
we
were
at
our
room
our
first
key
didn’t
work,
luckily
our
second
one
did.
The
room
wasn’t
fabulous
but
we
weren’t
expecting
anything
extravagant.
Overall
the
room
seemed
fairly
tidy,
some
hair
remained
on
our
pillows
but
at
least
there
is
no
visible
bugs
or
rodents.
After
looking
around
the
room
and
bathroom,
the
shower
handle
fell
off
immediately
as
we
tried
to
test
the
water.
Our
smoke
alarm
in
the
room
was
missing
batteries.
The
AC
barely
functioned.
Minor
inconveniences,
but
if
they’re
going
to
charge
me
a
room
deposit
after
already
paying
for
a
room,
I
expect
the
room
to
at
least
be
kept
up
with
and
not
falling
apart.
It
has
been
pretty
entertaining
to
say
the
least
but
will
most
likely
not
be
returning.
One
star
for
the
sake
of
not
having
to
kill
any
roaches
(yet).
