I love this gym, I’ve been using there facilities for years, but I was super disappointed today when I wanted to use the sauna and found out they don’t longer provide towels?? And I don’t want to hear the Covid excuse, because even after Covid they were towels available. I mean they have all these facilities like showers, swimming pools, steam room and sauna and they don’t provide towels?!!. It’s super inconvenient. This is not a cheap gym btw it’s the least they can do..

Recommended: an all-in-one gym with a pool and spa. Pros: not overcrowded, plenty of exercise machines with no queues, great group classes, sanitizing stations with towels, lotions, and all the hygiene essentials, as well as a parking garage. Friendly staff - a shout-out to Shibani and Kevin at the front desk; they, along with others, are always so helpful. I do wish they had a stool bar to sit on, similar to the chairs at the main entrance's reception. Cons: While the gym has many positive aspects, there are areas that could use improvement. The men's dry sauna works for a week, and then it remains broken for a month while waiting for the heating element. They claim it's due to people pouring water on the heater, but they fail to put up a sign about not pouring liquids; there are only signs about overheating above the heater. The overall cleanliness is not as good as it could be considering the location and price, particularly in the wet zone and ventilation areas, which definitely need more attention. They read Christian prayers on the speakers, which is kind of weird to hear in a gym instead of a church. I imagine it's also uncomfortable for atheists and people of other religions. They sometimes close the pool when it's cloudy, even without a single thunderstorm. The presence of large people's duffle bags scattered around the gym looks dangerous in our times. Overall, it is a well-maintained, beautiful place, and I am grateful to the team working there. Thank you!

Worst gym I have ever been to for the price open for less than 12 hours of the day and costs almost $50 a month. They don’t even compensate with adequate amenities with a tiny weight room with only 2 benches and 2 squat racks. It’s also one of the few gyms that will require you to wear a mask. The only reason this gym can stay in business is because it’s the only option in the area. As soon as a new gym is built it will be out of business. It lacks the excuse of being a small business they simply just cut corners in every aspect of this establishment.

Overall facilities are very clean, equipment is modern and functional, showers are excellent and clean, and the steam and sauna room puts you in another level. Staff is very helpful.

I had a 10/10 experience with the Day Spa. I went in to schedule my facial and Caitlyn was able to fit me in and do my facial at that moment. The facial was amazing. I told her what ingredients I am allergic to and she made sure to check every product she used. She told me step by step what she was going to do for the facial and explained to me what products she was using. She tailored the facial to my own needs and skin type. She even gave me product recommendations as well as healthy skincare routines to follow. My skin felt renewed and hydrated following the facial and I had a great experience overall!

!!NEXT!!! ~ Choose a different Spa - maybe Disney Spas nearby? I went for a procedure at Celebration/Advent Health Day Spa, of which is to include use of the Spa facilities on the same day as your procedure (...of course, as with most Spas, that's common) and also it's according to their website. So after my procedure - I asked the front desk staff how I do utilize the Steam Room? May I have a towel for it please? Front staff clueless - zilch customer service - they commented sorry this was a part-time job for them - so they really don't know exact rules. I then asked, and had to talk to a Manager - who was going to give me a locker key - if I wanted it -- (as this is where Spa towels actually are kept locked up) - but proceeded to explain/justify that most persons who do "clinical" procedures, like me, don't use the Spa facilities after. But they could make "an exception for me". ....Say what?? I didn't see on their website a category for my procedure? O.K. people...this sounds like bad excuses to me. +++Too confusing + combined with ++ bad customer service + makes this a = "NO GO Spa" I gave up didn't get to use the steam room after all. ; ( CIAO!

The men’s locker room and showers are in desperate need of repair. They are 16 Shower stalls out of which only five are somewhat functional. However, it’s a guessing game if there’s going to be hot water in one of them. This has been going on for over six months.

Ive been a regular at this place for my last few summers. I recommend coming before 11am or its swarmed by high schoolers and frat men that come in groups of 4-6 people. It gets really annoying if you need a bench or a certain machine. I have had a creepy experience or two- recently an older man sat across me on the only other erg. Takes a picture of me, and gets off the machine. I was dumbstruck. I didnt know what to do. Not a very comfy place to come if youre a singular woman. For a student or military/veteran it is 55 dollars a month on top of a 75 dollar annulment fee (thats one of the cheapest deals) That being said, there are nice machines here but some still have yet to be fixed. The facilities including steam room and sauna are really nice.

Went here for a spa day on our girls' trip and got a massage and facial. The facility was great with plenty of amenities and the facial and massage were wonderful. Just the right amount of pressure and the facial was customized for each of us.

Some of the equipment is pretty outdated and wish they had more space and weights for Olympic lifting / CrossFit style workouts but overall great gym with plenty to do. Tons of classes and very friendly staff. So many great amenities.

I absolutely love this Gym. I am a fitness enthusiast, and this gym is hands-down, the greatest facility that I’ve ever been to. And here’s a little secret, I work at the competition lol but I choose to come here for the amenities, the price, and the size and availability of everything in the gym is just second to none.

Long-time employee for AdventHeath visiting the spa at Celebration for the first time. I had a massage at 8am on a Wednesday morning. I was happy they had early appointments available within a week of scheduling. Jasmine "Jazz" did a wonderful job. Was attentive to my problem areas and guided me through how to handle stronger pressure when it was needed. I only wish they were closer to my home. But I will definitely be back. Getting regular massages from someone skilled like Jazz will have long-term positive effects. The front desk staff was very efficient. It felt like they were expecting me, and I was welcomed warmly. The checkout process was smooth as well. Thank you and see you soon.

Had a massage and facial gift card for my birthday I had 1 year to use. I am a procrastinator and ofcourse waited for the last month before I moved, but I wish I had done it sooner so I could keep going back. My masseuse and facial was done by Jasmine, and she was absolutely wonderful! It was my first time ever having a Swedish massage, and there were things I wasnt too familiar with. She made me feel so comfortable, was calm, patient, and reassuring explaining the process. I have never felt more relaxed and in amazing hands. Afterwards I was able to use the steam room. I think I also had access to the gym, but since I felt like I was rejuvenated and had the facial second with product on my face, I wanted to go home and take the day off. Best birthday gift ever

This is the best fitness facility in the area! 5 star ratings to the gym, fitnesses classes & studio, pool, spa, jacuzzi and the staff of course! I would like to recommend Jason Vallejo, best Personal Trainer - we did our private training sessions with him - he is a true professional who motivates you, listens to your needs and shapes your training accordingly; he is also very thorough and makes sure you don’t just exercise but follow your diet regime as well and goes over your needs and the diet. Highly recommend!

Classes are awesome and so many machines are always available. I generally go at night after work and it’s rarely super packed.

This spa center was great. The staff was helpful and super understanding after I had an emergency in the parking lot. The set up was high quality with a robe and slippers provided as well as some basic commodities. My masseuse was great and the reception staff was the best. Would definitely come back next time I’m in the area.

Excellent facilities, large therapy pool (essentially a hot tub the size of a backyard pool), nice sauna and steam room in the locker rooms. Clean showers. Large gym with every piece of equipment you could imagine.

BodyFlow on Sundays with Erica-poor performance The BodyFlow instruction on Sundays, and the instructor, Erica, at the Celebration Gym, have failed, in my opinion, to guide participants in the proper methods of Pilates, an exercise that I take very seriously. I have been a member of this gym since 2018 and a practitioner of Pilates for two decades. Prior to the restructuring of staff, the BodyFlow instruction on Sundays at this gym was a fulfilling experience. The class was often attended to maximum capacity. Management then installed Erica, who lacks the ability to be the role model that attendees pay to learn from. Gym management has been unresponsive to the loss of class quality because of Erica.

Nice health club. Great pool and warm pool. Quite a few things seem to be out of order though. It's a minor inconvenience.

Membership fee higher than average. They lack some machines for muscle groups, such as obliques and shodera and redundancy in others. Just a mishmash of unorganized weight training machines.

Don’t waste your time in the information table. The front desk lady was so rude that I completely lost my interest in signing up even though I was so excited to start going to this gym. They should learn about costumer service.

This gym has very helpful staff that is always available when you need advice. After having surgery and a recent injury, they described things in detail on how i need to proceed based on my situation. Glad i joined this gym. Thanks

I really wish. There were more yoga and zumba classes in the evening, as I go to the gym right after work. Staff are very friendly and accommodating and knowledgeable. There are always fresh towels if you forget to bring one, Facilities are always incredibly clean, and everyone's incredibly respectful of the equipment and others around them. The instructors are very patient and kind, I took advantage of a military discount for my monthly membership, They just offer too many great benefits. For someone not to sign up would be crazy. I took a tour, and that was it for me. They say first impressions are everything, and the staff impressed me enough to join my first gym. The women's locker room and the men's have a steam room and a sauna and showers, plenty of lockers and bathroom stalls always clean. They also have shampoo and conditioner if you need hand soap and lotion and blow dryers! There is indeed a spa within. However, you really need to put in 2 weeks in advance to be able to get anything done there, unfortunately. More than likely, because there's not enough spa staff. The spa is not included in your monthly membership. However, I believe you two get a discount if you have a membership to the gym. There are staff within the gym as well. ,. If you need assistance with using the equipment or guided stretching in the stretch area. There are plenty of treadmills on both sides for everybody, definitely plenty of weight lifting equipment, and a great selection of classes throughout the week for everyone, especially if you have a flexible schedule. I really haven't had a bad experience at all since joining. There is literally no downside. Advant help as officially set my standard for a gym.
