I came to Orlando for a vacation with my friends and stayed in Hyatt in the nearby from Miller's Ale House. Frankly speaking it was a great experience which we had in Miller's House. We have almost tasted the whole menue for almost 5-6 days feeling that we don't need to visit any other restaurants in the area 😊😊. The team was great, the atmosphere and decoration is a real American one which we liked a lot. Dishes are very well served with a real great taste.... Many thanks Miller's Ale House for the great hospitality. Best regards

I’ve been to a couple of Miller’s Ale Houses before. They have done a good job with being consistent with both the quality of food and the environment. The staff is super nice and quite helpful. You have loads of choices for food options. Even drink options are plentiful. I will continue to come here. Super fun experience.

The food was amazing. Place was buzzing when we arrived and had to wait about 45 mins for a table but it was well worth it. Food was delicious with great portions (had to take some away), drinks were great and the service was good too. All in all a lovely evening out and I'd happily go back.

This was the 5th restaurant we walked into (everywhere else had a ridiculous wait) and the good people at Miller's Ale House really came through! Sat immediately, food came out quickly and portions are massive! I don't care if the meatloaf was a little burnt and the margarita was weak.

On our trip to FL in May 2022, we stopped by Miller's and it was great. This is my first time at the place. Our server was amazing. He was very knowledgeable of what was on the menu. I ordered the Pork Osso Buco and it came out beautifully. It was different but it's always good to try something different. This did not disappoint, it was very flavorsome and the meat was tender & juicy and overall delicious. Great kids menu and variety to choose from. Knowing my kids they are picky. Drinks were great as well. Restaurant was great like any typical place, nothing fancy but still a great atmosphere. Overall I'd definitely come back, we visit our families all the time on the east coast.

Not sure of this place yet. Arrived for lunch just after 1 PM. They only have 14 tables of diners, but will take 35 minutes, they say, to be able to seat our group of 20 adults. So, we just sit and sit in a vastly vacant restaurant. Never advised to help ourselves to bar service and snacks. See pics. Wow, they, could have got their store's numbers/dollars per-hour total higher. Costumer service, proactively addressing customer needs, etc. are no longer present in this chain of restaurant's. Where is a leader or shift manager these days? Does anyone do a walk-through before they open and look for trash inside the restaurant? I see it around here. They have no single staffer at hostess stand initially. And nobody there a lot of the time. What's up with that? If you need to wash up in the restroom, you'll have to be a psychic to find them: there are 4 possible entrance areas and all are unlabeled. See my pics. And we finally got seated in an area with 3 torn booth seats...2 are large enough to swallow an infant. Really? You can't fix obviously long-torn seats? See pic. I hope I can come back with a higher rating for them later. We'll see.

After a long and grueling 13hr shift. I decided to make it all better by going to the Ale House for a drink and a burger. I’m simple… my order is the same every time; 1 Jameson, a pour of Guinness and a MW Black&Blue burger with onion rings instead of fries. Drinks came out super fast (Thank a you Morgan!) However, when the food came out, I could tell from the moment the runner walked through the threshold coming out to the patio that the burger was thrown together by either a trainee, a child attending “work with daddy”day or someone who just doesn’t care about consistency. 9 out of 10 times (this must have been the tenth time) the burger bun is toasted nicely, you see the blue cheese sauce dripping from the patty, bacon crisp and the white American cheese is melted and fused to the beef patty…. INSTEAD, at first glance, I received a bun that was cold to the touch, and no onion ring sauce. Lifted the cold bun up and saw that the cheese sauce was replaced by Sysco Brand blue cheese crumbles. The White American slice of cheese was solid as a beverage napkin. No “melt” to it at all. There was no bacon on my burger..Now… I totally understand the staffing phenomenon that has been haunting the industry for the last year or so, however whomever put this burger together needs a hug or some more training or better pay or maybe just told to go home. I’m not expecting 5 star food and service at the Ale house. I will say is that your consistency tonight was overlooked and the food was thrown out to the guests. I am not one to complain, but I was truly disappointed in tonight’s food quality and accuracy. Beverage service and ambiance is what it is. The only reason y’all got 2 stars was because Morgan the bartender was nice and attentive. Let’s make the New Year’s resolution to be better at expo and send food back if it doesn’t look right. In all honesty, if this review is read or relayed to management, I’m sure nothing will be done about it and I will end up returning before the week is over and ordering the same.

Food was good and reasonably priced, but the service was subpar at best. The place was not busy and our waiter not only brought a wrong dish but also completely forgot about our appetizers.

As a Californian I didn't know what to expect but Miller's was great! Sports bar type atmosphere with great food. I had their famous mac & cheese with chicken medium sauce & it was soooo good 👍 I got to watch the basketball game while we were there which was awesome 👌 Service was great & I'd definitely go back.

Great spot to have some beers, eat good food and have a great time. There are plenty of TVs at the place (I’ve count 17 just where I was) and there are more. The waitress was also very kind. Strongly recommend!

Lots of TVs to catch all of the games. Good lunch specials during the week.

Alyssa is awesome! She is very friendly and took good care of us. Food was excellent. Will definitely come back. Only negative is if you sit close to the outdoor area you might smell cigarette smoke when the door opens/closes. Recommend sitting to the left of the host stand.

As a new local resident and restaurant industry vet, may I just say that the hospitality provided to us by our Bartenders Lee-Amanda and Cece was not only attentive and professional, but also warm, inviting, engaging and entertaining. Their enthusiasm for the menu and specials was awesome! They have definitely found new regulars in our household and I hope anyone reading this will decide to go and join them at the bar if they have a chance! Thanks for everything, gals!

Everyone here has such friendly, positive energy! Especially my server Alana who took care of everything we needed and Lee the bartender for going above & beyond for my friend’s 1 year old baby, accommodating our experience even though we were not her table. Shout out to Cece , Grace & Bebe too for introducing me to the love this place gives every time they take care of us🩵 thank you !

I like coming here for the chill vibe, good beer selection, and seeing friends. However, this new thing of putting the chairs up at 1:30 is very inhospitable and very off putting. I feel very unwelcome. As it is currently 1:37 and all the chairs are up right next to us. I understand " last call", but this is a little ridiculous, especially in such a heavy service industry town. Do better.

We sat outside and had to tell the bartender to give us menus, silverware was dirty, shot glass was broken and they still served it and he got my sides wrong twice which obviously ruined my meal. There were 4 total people sitting outside and they have the speakers on full blast. They also keep leaving so it's unmanned

Had a party of 13 and they gave us multiple seating options. Took a couple outside high tops and our server was great! Food was nice, hot, and fresh. Brought out as it came up. Can't go wrong with getting a Zinger Mountain Melt.

My family and I visited Miller’s Ale house today, it is a fav of ours for a few reasons; good TVs, dependable food, and a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The Ale house on Vineland in Orlando did not disappoint. We arrived as soon as they opened and were greeted by Jason, who also ended up being our server. He was professional, friendly and immediately seemed happy to help and ready to work. He was very attentive to our needs and engaging, appeared to work well with his other tables too. I believe he truly altered his serving style to meet the needs of each individual table, which is important and appreciated. He was friendly to our kids and did several extra little things to make his service above and beyond. Thanks Jason! Michelle, the manager, also checked in on our table and was pleasant and available. Our food was overall tasty and accurate. Our only knocks would be that the draft beer was uncharacteristically on the warmer side, and although I understand that with the economy these days that Miller’s can never go back to the ridiculous chicken nacho mountain they used to serve when we were in college, I wish their current nachos were at least more real cheese and chicken forward rather than sour cream, guac, and salty queso…but we did not complain as this is consistent with other Miller’s we’ve been to, and I’m sure Jason and Michelle would’ve corrected our concerns had we of mentioned them. But the overall vibe was so pleasant, we preferred not to ruin our good time with negative comments. Really, it’s a corporate thing, cutting back on quantity is unfortunately the new norm everywhere. I still give Five Stars because five stars doesn’t necessarily equate the unattainable goal of perfection, it means I’ll always say yes to going here! Would definitely return to this Miller’s in the future and would be very happy to have Jason as our server. :) If you do go, don’t pass up the opportunity to get their Big Red, best Buffalo Sandwich! It’s big enough to eat half there and take half home, Ive learned to always order it alongside my hubby because I don’t want to be jealous of my husband later that night when he eats his other half (even more odd, is it’s delicious cold too!) We added on side salads this time that we ate with the nachos so we could take our whole chicken sandwiches home.

After a long night of work me and my friend decided to come here! We had a few drinks and converse then we were greeted by this beautiful bartender her name was Lee! Not only was she kind but she was working on her birthday! Happy birthday girly! I appreciate you! You are such a gem and pray God blesses you always!! You’re a diamond in the rough! Best bartender ever!

We were served by Alexis on this visit. Great personality, and catered to our every need. She offered great suggestions on food and beverages. She made the best Margarita ever! She has great interpersonal skills with her patrons and we could tell they all enjoy her as much as we did. Thank you Alexis for a great dinner experience today!

We came here for lunch today, and the customer service was great 👍🏾 my meal was a little cold, not even warm, but it was still a good meal.

This was a 10/10 experience dining for our first time at Miller's Ale House. Staff were awesome and Tyler our waiter made our visit exceptional. The food was very delicious and filling as well. If you're visiting the area, you can't go wrong coming to this restaurant 😋

This place is awesome! There was a convention in town so everywhere was packed but this place seemed to be a hidden gem that flew under the radar as it wasn't too busy. Food was great, service was awesome and loved the atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Never perfect, but always comfortable, and the staff is always top notch and super friendly. Love the patios, even in bad weather. Picture is the view as the clouds clear at sunset. Captain Jack's ToGo is the best idea ever!

Our waitress was sniffling SO BADLY and clearly sick. She should not have been working, serving customers or near her coworkers. The "food" was subpar, the 2 bites I took of my chicken fajitas were cold, soggy, flavorless and sent back, with no apology. Very basic, mediocre "food". Would not recommend.

Stopped in for lunch. The prime burger was excellent. That and the mini nachos made a satisfying meal for two. Our server, MJ was excellent.
