Deli wasn't open. Coffee island did not meet FSRA expectations. Employees were idle and chatting amongst themselves, so there was no reason to close the deli. Bathrooms were filthy. Awful Wawa. Only come here for the superchargers.

Store # 5135 on Orlando Avenue in Winter Park Florida consistently raises the price of their gasoline upon start of the 15-cent discount period. This is not due to normal market fluctuation. Other fuel stations in the area are charging 10 to 15 cents less per gallon then this Wawa during the "discount" time. What is the point of having $0.15 discount if they raise the price to counteract the discount?

I have tried ,many times, to order food there and every time it’s not right… I even figured it was my mistake. I asked a manager how I should order and she said I did everything right. Went this morning and spoke with a woman making my food. Everything seemed like it was going to work out. I gave her a small tips… Opened my food and it was not what I wanted… again

I went to this store to use the ATM and purchase gas. I thought I had $8 on my card. So I tried again with $7. The cashier said I only had $6, so I put in $6. Then she told me I had nothing on the card. I called my card and it said that the $6 was used by The Wawa store. I went to the manager and he told me that the transaction was canceled and the money would be refunded in 24 hours. I have not received any money from the store. Can I get some help with this issue?

Be careful when you order from the kitchen at this Wawa. The quality of the food is incredibly inconsistent. On a good day the quality will be wonderful. Fresh rolls, fresh ingredients, well put together, etc. On bad days it's extremely disappointing. It tastes like you're eating something that has been left out for hours or reheated from the night before. Or if you're having worse luck your food could be a complete mess regardless if you pick it up in store or get it delivered. I adore Wawa, I have for many years. This store in particular clearly has some issues the need working out.

Nice store and location but they have people living in the parking lot and bringing pets into the store.

Ordered a specialty drink. Paid for it. Was waiting for it to be done. Employee making drinks started a conversation with another person that ordered their drink after me. They made that person’s drink first. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for simple drink. Very disappointed that employee picks who goes first and gets their drink first instead of following the order that their own system shows.

The lady at checkout who is supposedly is the manager rung up my stuff twice thinking that I didn’t notice. I got Takis, chocolate milk, 3 drinks and a kids meal and a burger from the kiosk….and the total was $40:.. there was no way that was $40 and when I questioned her to asked her to ring it up again she made me feel stupid and like I was annoying her….guess what? Rung it up again and the new total was $20

I love wawa! Those cheddar stuffed and jalapeño cheese stuffed pretzels are addicting and cheap! Great food options, and great prices!

You might want to avoid getting food like sandwiches made at this location, especially if you have a food allergy. Cross-contamination is VERY present here. Staff was nice and friendly, but having an allergic reaction to a sandwich specifically ordered WITHOUT the agent responsible for said allergy indicates the staff aren't following the laws for safe food preparation. I wouldn't be surprised if they handled raw meat and prepared a salad without changing gloves between.

I go out of my way for fuel and snacks at this store solely because of Jiana. The pop tarts are alright.

Wawa's employees at store # 05135 publicly humiliated a homeless woman and her three children after she purchased food. I was there getting gas and they called the police on the woman and her three minor children, accusing them of stealing. She actually purchased food for her boys. The police searched her purse and then her children's bags, but found no stolen items. They kept insisting that they stole items, embarrassing this lady more. The treatment that this family received was senseless and shameful! WaWa should have offered to help this family instead of publicly humiliate them. Their cruel act will fall back on them in due time. Shame on WaWa of Winter Park!

I will go out of my way for Wawa because they're usually cleaner and I have a better overall experience. This isn't a nice area so I expect a little more from it. All of the windshield cleaners are broken and gross. The parking lot looks dirty. Because of this I did not go inside. Usually this is a nice location I went out of my way to go here today and regretted it

I wish they would not had taken out the customer internet for when you're in the store and your phone doesn't pick it up but I guess people do abuse things it's not a campground it's a store so we lose things because people don't know how to leave when they have something good they mess it up

If you get an order delivered it probably wont be correct. They havent sent the correct Wawa Tea, they toast sandwiches that shouldnt be and dont toast requested ones. Extra cream cheese that can barely be seen on a bagel. I have NEVER got and order that was 100% correct from this store or another Wawa. If you go in its a great store as long as you control the order.

Excellent service. Great for a quick but really good breakfast

The ladies room handicapped stall has a sink that barely trickles out any water. The trash was full and the trash can was on the floor. It was not very clean even though a Wawa employee used the stall right before me. The people are very nice though.

I ordered a sausage burrito and asked for salt and pepper on it. The guy who made my order was extremely generous with the salt and pepper. Unfortunately this made my burrito inedible... Next time, don't go so hard... But on the flip side my order was correct.

The food is good… but the workers don’t care about making the food right or about helping customers.

Great service. The employees there are great and awesome to deal with. Very polite...and curteous... especially the clerk that worked sat. Night at 2 a.m don't know his name. Very cool people everyone is very welcoming.

my club was toast mayo cheese toast wad of meat lettus toast and then cut into one comically tiny half and one big half if that girl wasn't the only one working while others stood around maybe it would have been a normal club. Shake was the best as always.
