The front desk ruined my stay within 30 seconds of arriving at the hotel. When I arrived I walked up to the desk and said “Hello, how are you”? The only reply was “Can I see your ID and credit card”? I gave it to her but no other chit chat other then, initial and sign this. When we she handed me my keys, I said thank you, she said nothing and no eye contact. As I was walking away, I had to turn around and say, you are supposed to say “your welcome.” I mean come on this is the hospitality industry. This is just flat out rude to treat a guests like this. I don’t even feel comfortable staying here now and this is the first day of a 3 day stay. I can’t believe she has been hired since she seems devoid of any people skills (or maybe it was just me she didn’t like). Oh and hey Holiday INN this was on Friday Oct 14th at about 4:15pm so whoever was on duty really needs to find another job.

My husband and I stayed at this location for over a week and we really it and enjoyed our stay. I have to mention Tess, Manager and Isabella for their great smiles every morning whether it was 6am or 10am, they greeted you with big beautiful smiles and were very attentive to your needs. Room had roaches. They moved us to another room that wasn’t sure if was safe to stay in because of poison, confirmed they fumigated day before. Requested housekeeping during my stay, they didn’t show up. Annoying your room cards don’t work for gym, have to request it every time you want to use it. Too many people to use the pool & dirty. Not ideal for families, had construction workers smoking & drinking all day watching the guests swim. Breakfast had turkey sausage everyday- don’t eat turkey- what happened to bacon? Limited options. Rooms are paper thin. Can hear everything in the hallway, people talking, other rooms, even when the elevator dings. Constantly wakes you up. I won’t be staying here again

Breakfast included was pretty complete except that was missing fruits. Not even bananas were offered, forget about apples. Being in FL one would think fruit would be readily available. Recommend to replace Cinnabon for apples and bananas if looking at cutting the budget. The website says laundry included but with out luck it wasn't functioning!! We had to find an outside laundry, very inconvenient! Took a star off from service but staff were nice and knowledgeable.

Dirty room with a mold spot on the ceiling, dirty baseboards, a dirty microwave and the thinest toilet paper I've ever seen. The hotel was low occupancy yet I was given this room right next to the elevator than beeped all night, doors opened all night. If this was the best room they had with the mold spot I hate to think what the others were like. Yuk!

Armando, hotel front desk, ensured all of our needs were met. Breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay and the staff were exceptional. Parking was free so added bonus. It was away from the mainstream of Disney and Universal so quiet for the most part. I would stay here again!

Hot food in breakfast "buffet" is worse than low income high school cafeteria quality. Showers take 30 minutes minimum to get hot unless hotel is 100% booked. Horrible sulfur water but apparently that's normal in Orlando. Keys immediately stop working even if you're careful so you'll have to go to the front desk every single time you leave your room. Employees are very friendly and conversational though!

The front desk is really professional and courteous. I stayed here as a home for 30 days and there's a rewards account you can create to make your stay affordable. My family was please with the free quest breakfast and the staff in the kitchen area. Maintenance is really prompt and helpful should you need help with the room as well. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is in the area or from out of touch. Very safe place.

We was making a road trip and we found this hotel and I can say the room was clean, everything in the hotel was clean and the breakfast very good too. I recommend this place👌🏻

Overall not awful. The fabric chair in the room was full of stains, but front desk gave me a sheet to cover it so my germaphophe daughter would sit on it. Bathroom was iffy, some dirty spots on door and walls. The breakfast crew was great and the food was decent. Beds were okay, appreciated the zipped up mattress protector.
