Very unprofessional scheduled an appointment and Jessica left me messages on my phone while I was at work saying someone canceled their appointment and they had a spot for me. Of course I couldn’t make it because I at work. Then she proceeds to leave two more messages saying they can’t confirm my insurance and their canceling my appointment. I called and verified my insurance with a customer service representative and also in the paper they had me fill out! I was reassured that my appointment WAS NOT CANCELED. I had no way of speaking to Jessica because all their calls go to a call center, not the office. However when I got to the office they told me that they had already placed someone else for my appointment time and that I would have to reschedule. The woman, named Jessica, at the front desk was very unprofessional. She basically said that because she couldn’t get a hold of me while I was working to verify my insurance so she canceled my appointment. Even though I presented them with my insurance card, she barely glanced at it and said I would have to reschedule. Even if they couldn’t verify my insurance, why cancel? What if I wanted to pay out of pocket? I only scheduled this place because my insurance recommended it which is so ironic, right? I believed they had a scheduling error and instead of being honest about that they gave me the run around and genuinely wasted my time. If I could give 0 stars I would . I should have read the reviews all the good reviews are from 2 and 3 years ago!

Today I had a great visit at the office. It was scheduled cleaning and they performed the work in very satisfactory manner. My teeth feel healthy and I feel great. Every body at the office were great and I enjoyed my visit!

They have really gone beyond the regular standards. I was late because of an emergency, called to see if I wanted to get a closer appointment because someone cancelled. They really look out for you. Always trying to make sure you getting the best care

Went in today to have 7 root tips extraction done. Doreen the hygienist was very helpful with making me knowledgeable with the information I needed to know. I went from 10 back 1 very quick. The Doctor was great as well some of the tips were very difficult and challenging to get out but he did what he had to do and stayed professional. I am looking to continue my business with them and smile when I'm done.

I've had good hygienists here before although it seems you see a different person every time. In my most recent visit I waited 20" and got charged $60 extra for flouride varnish, but, no joke, it only got applied to one side of my mouth! Ripoff

I was totally satisfied with my first experience with this dental office. I've already told people about my experience. After my first visit, I like my smile already. There is a lot more work to do, but I'm confident that these professionals will be able to get it done with no problem. VERY SATISFIED!!!

I highly recommend this place. They’ve been extremely good to me. I had two emergency extractions and both times I got quick appointments. All of there staff are nice and the Asian doctor (I’m sorry I forgot your name) was phenomenal. Recovery was great!

Had another excellent visit, staff is well organized, Doctor is so very caring and gentle. Nurse knows exactly what to do and is very patient with me being scared. I drive 40 minutes from home just to feel safe and in good hands! All staff are wonderful caring people! I always know what will happen each visit and what is next. Thankful to you all!

The staff was great and the hygienic was very gentle and cause no pain or bleeding. And the doctor give they honest opinions. Didn’t had to go through treatment plan. Which was great. Would highly recommend. Me and my son very happy..

My previous Dentist only cared about making money and performed services that did not hold up. He did several root canals at $2000 apiece and they didn’t last. But my new Dentist is concerned about what is best for my teeth, not for his wallet.

This is a good dentist. They don’t schedule your appointments so far out and you don’t be waiting forever to be seen. The staff is very polite and they get the job done. I would recommend them to anybody.

The entire staff is so friendly and so helpful. Today was my 3rd or 4th visit and my dental assistant remembered my name from the very first time. The doctor is so courteous and explains every step of everything he is doing. I know most people are afraid of the dentist, surely don’t need to be with this office😘😘

Coastal Dental in Pine Hills They are the best there. The dentist Dr Nguyen treats you like you are his only patient for the day. The girls in the office are so helpful and friendly.

I went to my appointment on the wrong Friday and and the receptionist still made every effort to accommodate me and she did. I had many cleanings at other offices and other companies and this is the first time that they actually clean inside my 3 teeth crowns and flossed all the way through them as well. The guy did a fantastic job. I wish I asked for his name. I highly definitely recommend this place.

I received my new partial dentures today. Dr. Nguyen was very patient; making the needed adjustments multiple times until they fit perfectly. He advised that if I felt later on that I still needed more adjustments after wearing them awhile, just come on back in and he'd make whatever adjustments my dentures needed to fit properly and comfortably.

I did my two front teeth and a filling in the back which were quick and easy. Doctor Robert Anh Minh Nguye, Ms. Bronsa, the hygienist, and another assistant were so cool and I can tell you that I was nervous at first but everything turned out so smooth and my teeth look great. The administration staff were awsome. Kudos to you Doc, and the ladies. This office ROCKS!

Family and friends you all know how I am about going to the dentist well after eight years I found the best place in Orlando Florida. Coast Dental is the place for everyone from the awesome friendly respectful staff to the Doctors believe me it’s the place to go. You all know I never recommend any doctor or place to you guys first time so you know it’s the place. It’s like my New York home Go one Go all.

I had a very good experience here overall. Friendly, caring, informative, on time and they got the job done. Didn’t give them a 5 because my kindergarten teacher Mrs. Anderson ingrained in my head there is always room for improvement. 😁 Check them out.

I was scared to death but this was a walk in the park. I love how I was shown everything on the screen and they explain in detail whatever procedure they need to perform. Never in my whole life have I had my teeth cleaned and not bleed. I've had horrible experiences! She did and amazing job. She was gentle but her work was effective. Some people wanna press on you all hard like they scrubbing floors or something! IJS 5star!!!!! Went back one week later to fill a cavity and omg.... even better experience. I'm terrified of needles. I never felt a thing. 5⭐️

I am highly disappointed in the services that my mother attempted to receive. Every time my mother comes to her appointment it gets switched and we make a drive for no reason. Today was the last straw and we are over it, the day before I called to confirm my mother’s appointment and they stated that they will be open, we drove to the office in the middle of the storm just so we don’t miss our appointment and they were closed when I called their answering service advised me that they were closed mind you we called the day before and they said old me that they were going to be open, we did not get a call to tell us not to come, it is as if they do not care. I would not recommend coming here at all if you are a person that loves your time

Great service here the Spanish speaking hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth give her a raise. Happy with the service provided by the dentist Mr. Nguyen. Worth the wait.

All of the staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional. I’m greeted when I walk in and told everything step by step what’s happening. I highly recommend them. Love to smile 😀 now
