Super good! I had the Mac Daddy. Big sandwich, very filling. I didn’t like the mac on its own but having it with the bread took it to a new level, the bread gives it a little saltiness, and some flavor from the butter. The tater tots are sooo good. crispy, the right amount of cheese so it’s not soggy, bacon is crisp. This was my first eating here and it did not disappoint.

Ran into these guys at a Teacher Appreciation Lunch in Ozona today! OMG the sandwich was Outstanding!! Got the "Standard"!! Grilled cheese, american & cheddar, tomato slices, bacon, ham grilled on Texas Toast with a tomato soup dipping sauce!!! With a side of Tater Tots!! Wow!!!!

Their grilled cheese sandwiches are amazing! I spotted the truck in front of Six Ten Brewing on my way home tonight, so hubs & I came back up here to try them. And we weren't disappointed! H didn't really know what he wanted, and they ended up making him a Standard but substituted chicken for the ham. I got the standard Standard: cheddar & American cheeses with ham, bacon & tomato. Both were delicious! I think I might have enjoyed the altered Standard just a bit more. And, their fries were fresh & prefect.

I've had this truck twice and it has yet to disappoint. The grilled cheese sandwiches are always stuffed to perfection and those tater tots just melt in your mouth. If you haven't given them a try, you must!

This is the best grilled cheese sandwich I have ever had! We had Mr. C's Grilled Cheese come to our schools big fundraiser and they were amazing to work with...not only was the food fantastic, but Ben was so efficient, on time, courteous and he gave a percentage back to the school for our fundraiser. We liked them so much we had them back out for a day during our Teacher Appreciation Week. I highly recommend them for your next event!

We had Mr. C's Grilled Cheese at our New Employee Dinner for our Grand Opening and they were AWESOME! Great service, great food and fast! Served 130 people so quickly and we were able to get back to the team building sooner! Highly recommend them if you are considering a food truck at your next event.

These guys know where it's at when it comes to blending flavors and pairing with the perfect sauce. I have never had a more perfect sandwich than theirs! I have driven over an hour just to have one. You can't just try one you want more. I love when they are close to home but seriously a drive is worth it. If you are looking for that perfect grilled cheese look no further I only have one left to try and not one has disappointed!

The Buffalo soldier grilled cheese is the best sandwich I’ve ever had. It’s been 2 months and I still talk about it all the time!!
