Me and my boyfriend have been to this boba place several times. The majority of the time the drinks are delicious and the service is quick. However, our most recent visit was a different story. When we came into the shop there was only one other customer, we waited nearly 10 minutes before even getting acknowledged by the young woman working. We waited almost 30 minutes in total between ordering and getting our two drinks. We ordered a large and extra large drink and we received two large drinks. The woman working seemed very lost. I assume she’s new. I didn’t want to give her a hard time about the mess up so I let it go but I’m very disappointed in my recent visit here. I get the same drink every time I go here and usually it’s great but this time it was extremely sugary to the point that I couldn’t finish it. It tasted purely of sweetener.

It’s so good. The Boba Tea selections, along with their slushies, macarons, and - the best - FRO-YO with every topping imaginable! Great ambiance - just wish it opened earlier (doesn’t open until 11am)!

They almost never actually have the tapioca pearls so if you want actual boba do not go to this place. The drinks are not great quality, watered down flavours and melted slushees or improperly made orders are frequent. They also have froyo but their machines are almost always down or unlabelled. No costumer service and frequent overcharging as well.

I used to love this place and go weekly. My problem now is that half of the time the honey boba is not ready/made yet/etc and I do not like the popping pearls or jellies. I feel as though they have gone in the opposite direction than before so as not to have hard and stuck together bobas. They do not have honey boba made until 12 pm. Their boba takes an hour to make so if they run out, they will tell you but I am not sure why if they see they are getting low they do not start making a fresh batch. It is a shame because they have such a nice variety of drinks (if you like popping pearls or jellies you will probably be happy), but I have started to go elsewhere for the 'chewy' bobas.

I got a Melon Chai Boba Tea and frozen yogurt. Both didn't disappoint. Would go back

I’ll give this place a 1 star cause the boba drinks I had the flavor was right, but everything else was horrible, small straw, boba wasn’t cooked all the way and the worst is that they are taxing on these drinks especially on the milk slushees mind you the person who made it did not give us the consistency of a milk slush it was definitely a milk tea. Don’t go here

I always get a Pina colata Boba smoothie. But it's not smoothie enough. Seems they don't put enough ice in it and it comes out too watery. They need more ice to make it thicker

The drinks use to be good from here, but now the Boba is so hard it gives a hard time to drink through the straw. Keeps getting stuck and when you finally get a boba it hard to chew. No point in getting these types of drink if you can not enjoy it, especially for the price you have to pay for them. Would not recommend from this store.
