Very nice facility. Went here for our first Magic game and parking was good along with the time at the game. There was plenty of food choices and the bathroom lines were reasonable. I took my son and still felt like it was a family friendly place.

This building is so nice. Everything was clean and all the staff was so friendly. I mean not one person seemed like they were having a bad day. Everyone was very helpful and happy. I don’t know how you keep all your staff this happy but keep doing what your doing. Bathrooms were very clean and the food was Disney Prices.

We are visiting from out of town. The flow was pretty good from the parking garage. Inside was nice and not too crowded when we first got there. A lot of food options. Prices weren't too bad. Restrooms were convenient. My only issue was there were no cup holders for our drinks. That's terrible when you have 2 kids with you. Half time entertainment was not the greatest.

Went to see a Magic game and had a wonderful time. Yes the food and drinks were expensive but what place doesn't nowadays. The service was wonderful. Be careful not to bring a large purse as they are not allowed in the arena. Seating was easily accessible. Would definitely love to go there again.

Great place and super new and clean. The rooms that you separate are very nice and the food was very good. The view to the court is nice from the rooms. Very good experience and the staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The drinks were cold and on point, nothing was wrong and we had an excellent visit !!

Absolutely beautiful premises! Attended the Juan Luis Guerra concert and it was outstanding! Joe and Sarah were super friendly and gave us great tips for future concerts. The facilities are very clean and the staff extremely organized.

Came to see the the game last night between the magic and the golden state warriors had an amazing time, beautiful arena, parking was crazy even thou I am disabled they made me park on the 8 floor which they told me I was going to be parking in the 5 floor and charge me $20. Other than that we had a blast great service, great drink, the food was very good S well tasty and full of flavor, great game, the atmosphere at the game is what you expect in a good basketball game. I can wait to be back for another game. Good win Orlando!

Went and saw the Magic vs Trailblazers for spring break and it was one the best experiences I’ve ever had. It is way better to see games live. Get you tickets months in advance. Really cool place.

went to a basketball game. the view is pretty good even from the top levels! Well i was 219 first row and it was pretty good. be aware of the bag/purse size allowance, I was over just for a bit and they sent me back to store in a locker that cost fifteen bucks

Great day parking was easy. Had a fun time watching the Solar Bears win against South Carolina. Kids had a great time. Highly recommend going on the school day game they do every year

Great venue for NBA basketball! Impressive, easy to access and great very loud crowd! What an experience! Plenty of parking around the venue and places to eat. Hamburger Mary’s was good! Drinks in venue a bit on the pricey side, we made the mistake of going into the fans shop on arrival, once in you can’t go back outside to enjoy the atmosphere, so plan visit accordingly. Impressed with our visit!

As a basketball fan living outside the USA, going to an NBA game at Amway Center was one of the best experiences of my life! The structure is amazing, you have a nice view of the game even if you are on the highest seat. It's a complete show, the game, the attractions, the stores inside the building and the food and drink courts.

I remember the days of the old arena which was known as the Orlando Arena than the TD Waterhouse Center. I was there for one of the first ever games ever played @ the Amway Center which was a preseason game when the arena open in 2010. Some of the most Magical Moments of my life have happened at the Amway Center since it has open in 2010. It’s one of the best entertainment venues in all the world not just the United States it’s been graced by some of the best acts in the entertainment realm. Where ever you sit with in the Amway Center you will have a great seat to greatness meaning your view of what ever you might be watching is on point from where ever you a sitting. They have great amenities for you to choose from like great food, drinks, and team merchandise. They have an awesome bar that sits @ center court know as Bud Light Baseline Bar Conveniently located across from concessions, this destination is open to all guests. They have one of the best team stores in all of the NBA and I am not just saying that because I am a die hard fan, they provide world class customer service every where you go @ the Amway Center. Another swanky place that’s located within the legendary walls of the the Amway Center is The Skytop Lounge which my wife and I loved, they have great drinks there and a beautifully stunning view of the Orlando Skyline. The last thing I want to talk about in my opinion is the most amazing part of the Amway Experience other than watching the great Orlando Magic play is The Orlando Magic Hall of Fame which chronicles the history of the Orlando Magic and the history of the greatest players who have ever played for our beloved Orlando Magic. If you ever make your way to The City Beautiful know as Orlando, FL and want a Magical Experience in the world of Art, Music, Comedy, Sports, or any other form of Entertainment you can think of book it @ the World Famous Amway Center. Entry was very quick into the venue and it was easy to find your way inside. We had close to the top nosebleed seats and it was still an amazing experience! The sound quality is awesome and once the show was over, we were able to exit the building in 10 minutes, even with the large crowd. The staff was courteous and helpful. We would definitely attend another show here.

If you've never been to a building this gigantic, it is something to see. Good arena area. Food was, as expected, overpriced but good 😋 All of the employees we interacted with were very professional and helpful. Really, this was rather a standout for the night. Oh, and the shows there are awesome!

An Amway Center corporate sponsor associate invited me as the GOMO CEO to attend the Orlando Magic versus Toronto Raptors evening basketball game on Tuesday evening, November 21, 2023. Although parking was expensive, I did not have an issue, even after the main parking deck was filled. I the line to enter the stadium from the parking deck flowed very quickly. Since I had the suite tickets, it was smooth sailing going through the security checkpoints. After arriving to the suite, I had an amazing experience from the food and drinks, meeting the Threatlocker CEO, Danny Jenkins, some of their clients, the networking opportunities, learning more about the company and the sweet cart with all of the amazing cakes and treats.

Amway Center was nice. But it's not made for big or old people. I had a major anxiety attack when I finally got to my seat and looked down. People have a very hard time getting to seats if people are already sitting. It was probably my fault, I never thought about how high the seats might be. I probably will never go back there, but if I do I will have to check out the handicap seating.

Yesterday, I came to the Amway Center for the Myke Towers concert for the first time. We parked in the Geico Garage, which is super accessible with a pedestrian bridge for easy entry. Inside, we had trouble finding our designated area because some employees seemed unsure of its location. In the arena area, there was a lounge selling snacks, but we found them to be overly salty. There were a lot of people smoking around us, which was uncomfortable. Upon leaving, we didn't encounter many issues. We'll be back soon for the Andrea Bocelli concert.
