Well…I just learned that Kay does not stand behind their products at all. I purchased Evil Eye earrings and had stones fall out within 2 months. I just now learned that since I did not purchase the warranty I would have to pay for the repair. Ok. Got it. I had a choice. However, 2 months to me seems to be in a time period where a reputable store would gladly proof their customer service commitment and simply ask to visit a store to get this fixed. What I take out of this is from now on my kisses will start with someone else. Thank you Kay for making that decision easy.

Horrible customer service. Walked in and I was somewhat greeted, but that was about the extent of courtesy I received. Not a single question about what I was looking for or offering any help. Instead I was hovered around as if I was a criminal.

Amazing visit, came to look at gold chains and they had a 40% off. A young lady named Jelly helped me out and she was amazing Coming back to get the matching bracelet

I was shopping for a birthday gift for my soon to be wife and Mildrid was so helpful and personable. Mildrid was so great that I returned to Kay jewelers at a later date for a day of the wedding gift.

Had such a great experience from Jeli at this store! Very knowledgeable and took her time with me. I am definitely coming back to see her for all my jewelry needs!!

Amazing customer service from Sue as soon as I came into the store. Was able to recommend multiple styles and helped me find my wedding band. She even cleaned my engagement ring for me while I was shopping!!

Mildred was very helpful, informative, and very friendly. I went shopping there for an engagement ring for my fiancé and she treated me like family. I got a great deal and left with a big smile on my face. My fiancé loved the ring and when we took it to get resized Mildred said 2-3 weeks but it only took 8 days :D Davin, the store manager was also super great. A wonderful experience!

With no delay, I walked up to the counter with a picture of what I was looking for and Sue provided me with a few options and helped find the best fit for what I was looking for. My pendant looks fantastic and compliments my chain very well. Sue was so helpful and friendly, I highly recommend.

Listen all I got to say that I love the service I always get when I come to the Altomonte Springs location. Mildred is so beautiful and so live with customer service, but she makes you feel like family like she knew you a lifetime. Not only her but today we had the pleasure on Nico working with us today. Had so much patience with us. They will always have our business as long as they are there.

Experience was fantastic at this store! The team working here went the extra step to make sure I was happy and smiling when I left. Billy was patient with me and allowed me to take as long as I needed to find just the right watch for a Mother’s Day gift. Millie, was also great and offered to beautifully gift wrap the watch I bought, so that it had the perfect presentation for the special mom it’s going to. Highly recommend visiting this Kay location next time you need to find the perfect gift yourself.
