Moved out recently, lived there for 3 years. I spoke with the Head maintenance man that I had 1 wall colored and I needed paint to fix it, he told me “you’re covered for one free wall to paint without charge”. On my final statement they charged me for that wall. A few months before I moved out they updated the fridges and ask if I wanted a newer one as told to me by a maintenance tech. I declined as I told them I was moving out soon, They then charged my final statement for fridge replacement. I wish I could say good things about the location but lying and not keeping your word is beyond unprofessional.

Avoid living here due to staff. They are some of the most unhelpful people on the planet. They don't know how to send a proper email with proper communication or grammer, will do everything in their power to not answer their phone or properly respond to emails, and will try and trap you into your lease when you try and move out by manipulating you and not respond to your communications. The location and buildings and everything is very nice but don't live in a place run by these people who work here, incredibly disappointed

Christina and Lisa are the best office staff anyone could hope for!!! We had the most pleasant experience renewing our lease. We love living at Sands Parc in Daytona Beach. The apartments are close to all major venues, great restaurants and stores. Overjoyed that we can stay here for a third year. BTW, Juan and his maintenance crew provide excellent service.

Sands Parc is beautiful, safe, and has lots of great amenities! The apartments are modern and updated and come with all appliances. My leasing consultant, Christina, was extremely helpful throughout the touring and application process. I would recommend Sands Parc to anyone looking for a new apartment!

Good clean modern Units. Staff is great, really make you feel welcome. Property very is Dog / pet friendly. Good Value for the $$ and close access to I-95. I would recommend Sands Parc Luxury Apartments to anyone. Hi I'm Joel
