The woman answering the phones for appointments needs to find a position that is NOT customer oriented. Seriously, find yourself a nice desk somewhere that requires NO phone calls with the general public. Even when we had a rep from our insurance call he got the same RUDE treatment. Find another job, find a hobby to bring your stress levels down or find Jesus, because honey, talking to people on the phone, ain't for you. God Bless your heart. I am not a patient but my husband WAS. Definitely not anymore.

Always get great support and heart status information from Dr. Horenstein during my visits. He's managed to keep me alive and relatively healthy through quite a bit of trouble. Hope he doesn't regret it! Great sense of humor once you break through the doctor facade, which I did long ago.

Dr Beth Bartholomew is an excellent physician. She is very thorough and professional. Very knowledgeable concerning my total health condition. Explains everything in detail and listens to my concerns.

This was my first visit to the Daytona Heart Group Port Orange office. 11/20/23. Sandy made scheduling very easy for me and more than happy to assist with what was more convenient for me and with others signing in. She is really sweet and approachable. My experience was really good the young women in the Nuclear Medicine lab in the back were very professional and walked me through the procedure step by step. They certainly made me comfortable throughout time spent and with some humor. My electrocardiogram was performed by a young man who was very kind and very professional. Dr Bartholomew told me I had pressure in my lungs. She has been my heart doctor for some time done a lot of test but never told me anything other then my arteries were bad and I needed to be on special diet . I found out some time later my heart was enlarged and I had a valve that was not working right .A PA in my MD’s office told me all this , now I have pressure in my lung she knew this from my test before never told so she said well you are 80 and things are going to happen there is not anything that can be done but you are 80. She said I could were a heart monitor for two weeks it was my choice . She gave me no medication and she could of gave me medication to help with blood clots especially sence I had already had small stroke but she gave me nothing not even another appointment I had no idea what I was facing until I got home and look it up. I feel like she was saying you are 80 go home and die we’ll never go back
