Wow, I am impressed not only with how clean the place is, but with the doctor and her staff. Emily Rivera has been a blessing for my mother and her medical problems because she has helped us with her treatment and facilitated everything necessary for my mother to recover from her condition in the best way. She is a friendly, communicative girl and excellent at her job. Emily thank you, thank you for all your help. Dr. Melendez is a sweetheart and very good at talking to my mother; In short, I am so happy with this facility that I even changed doctors. Thank you for everything you do for your patients and many blessings to all.

Dr. Diadira Salgado is amazing. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. I especially loved how Dr. Salgado really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

The staff is always friendly. Doctors actually listen to u and find the best way to handle any situation u maybe having. U don’t sit there for a long time waiting to be seen. I love my Doctor she is great!!

Wow don't know where to start. They are professional in what they do and they treat you like family. Allways greet you with a smile and willing to advice you on anything that they can help you with. All i know is that i love the entire staff. Doctor Diadira Salgado is the best their is and eager to help you. Number one in my book.

Reading these reviews makes me laugh. I guess they treat certain patients completely different than others. This office is extremely incompetent, and neglectful. Their office manager and doctors could care less about their patients.

Good luck getting an appointment. What's the point of having a PCP if you can't get an appointment with them. I saw the doctor last week, he gave me medication and told me to call this week if i wasn't any better. I called today (Tuesday Morning) and was told there are no more appointments at all this week or at the Debary office. At this point, I'll just go to urgent care from now on.

Was told they don't take Medicare. A federal government program.

Personally, the service I have received from this Office has not been the best at all. I think they are very irresponsible and do not comply with what they say... about 2 months ago I was seen and the Doctor was supposed to send me a prescription to my pharmacy for the machine to check my sugar, to start checking my sugar and then of a month to return to him. A week passes and not having received my machine I call the Doctor's office and supposedly the Doctor's assistant was going to call me the next day, another week passes the assistant never called and I didn't receive my machine either, I call again and they tell me The prescription was sent, I let a few more days pass and since I had not received the machine, I called again and supposedly the prescription was sent... to this day the machine has not arrived and I definitely understand that the service provided has not been the same. better.
