This is my 2nd time treating with Vascular Vein Center, Dr. Hart, Julie and the rest of the AMAZING TEAM. My 1st cycle of care was about 3 to 4 years ago. Varicose veins are hereditary so I will continue to get routine maintenance. The 1st person I see is the receptionist she is great. Patient, friendly, empathetic and caring. I can’t say enough good things about the service I receive at VVC. The staff explains everything thoroughly. Dr. Hart explains everything step by step as he is doing procedure. He makes sure you are comfortable. Honestly the procedure is not bad at all, and the recovery time is as expected.

The staff is warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. I received treatment here years ago when I was teaching in Lake Mary. I just returned for more treatment and it’s like I never left. I have total confidence in their ability to properly diagnose and treat my vein problems.

I was quite impressed with the level of kindness, care and professionalism. It was my 1st visit here and I'm definitely looking forward towards my care plan. All concerns were addressed, and explained thoroughly. Thank you for such an awesome staff!

I have only been for the consultation so far, but my experience was great. I was able to get my initial first visit, ultrasound for my vein & results all done in one visit. The staff was very nice & I am looking forward to getting treatment done for my varicose vein.

Wow, the staff here is great! They were so friendly and attentive. They didn’t rush me, but took their time to address all of my questions and concerns and gave me a lot of useful information. Will definitely be coming back for future treatment!

Posting this on behalf of my mother Susan Greenhut... I returned to Vascular Vein Center after 5 years of previous vein issues. I was seen by Dr. Charles Stein. I immediately was pleasantly surprised how caring and reassuring he made me feel. I went back a few weeks later and he preformed the first procedure. He knew I was nervous and he made me feel at ease. It was painless. Every visit and procedure has been with Dr. Stein. He is the only one I wish to be seen by , as he is professional yet caring. Dr. Stein is the best thing about Vascular Vein Center.

Staff is fully engaged through the handoffs from Tara at front desk to nurse escort to ultrasound techs Candice and Cassie to Julie and Dr. Martin. Very conscientious, professional, personable.

I have been a patient at the Vascular Vein clinic for several years. I’ve always received friendly, professional care. People are available if you need to talk on the phone. I have gone to the Orlando and to the Lake Mary offices and both are superior.
