Zero customer service. Nobody ever picks up on the phone lines. As a result I haven't been able to get the help I need. It's always just robo-calls, and they automatically hang up if you ask for a representative. Just goes to show how much the state of florida cares about its people, when they're willing to ignore their needs.

It is fine normally but they always always lose prescription paper so if your child hlneed special thing make sure you always come with papers for it even though they say they only ask for it every 6 months or so. I am giving them low rating because they got my son's stuff wrong when I called to tell them I had to wait till next day to get it fixed then they cancelled my card on accident and I don't have a car so I called from 320 till 4 pm when they closed to see if someone can stay ten min later because that's the only time I could get a ride and no one answered that whole time. Now when you call it says it is closed from 12-1 It is now 120pm i have been here since 1 And no one is here or answering phone! I'm am beyond angry. Now I have to wait 2 for someone to come pick me up and i have 2 two year olds.

The staff is nice and helpful wheb ypu are there but i am so infuriated to say the least. I get a text saying my benefits expire on a certain date - when in fact they do not expire until next appointment in July. But anyways this has happened to me before so i panic abd call the WIC office and the woman on the phone looked up my account a comfirned that yes, my benefits expire in July. She says to disregard text and all is "well". So my date comes up when my benefits are supposed to reload and guess what? No benefits!!! I had recently just went through this and had just reactivated my card earlier this month. I want to understand why this keeps happening? I am a stay at home mom and our husvabd works to make ends meet. We rely heavily on our help from wic. So for them to casually jist shrug there shoulders to something thats obviously a glitch on the system upsets me to no end.

Rude & unhelpful. No information is given on their website regarding specific hours for services provided. I called twice & was sent to voicemail both times. Decided to just drive the half hour drive there only to be told "you should have called". I was told only 6 hours a week (3 hours each on 2 days per week) can I come to get the forms I needed. Great work St. Johns county.

Are yall hiring? Because NO ONE answers the phone! Something as simple as picking up the phone seems to be impossible. What are our tax dollars paying for? Is this more diversity hiring at work?

They provided exceptional service and rapid turnover when transferring my childrens’ vaccination info over from a different state to the Florida form needed for school enrollment. Great job and very friendly!!

My family relocated to St Johns county from the Caribbean of St Kitts. With the need to get all of their vaccinations updated, they were directed by the US Immigrations and Homeland Security officers to go to any health services center. I chose this one. No disappointments at all. Why? The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in every area. I was very, very please with their services. A big thank you to everyone! Save yourself the time and hassle and just go to a main office because going here is such a headache.

Dean is the worst human being on the face of this earth. My children and the mother of my children lost their insurance because of his negligence and lack of information. On top of that he gave us the wrong address and phone number for the Jax location so we traveled 45 minutes to the wrong address because he is an incompetent person. Dean needs to be held accountable for his actions.

**BEWARE**Walked in to inquire about a test that the website says is performed here. The service in NOT available yet for a few weeks and the information on the website says nothing about this. I even called first to make sure and of course, no answer. One security officer was asleep. When asked where the front desk agent was, they both looked at me for a solid 10 seconds and didn’t say anything and looked at me like I had two heads. They were very unhelpful and not welcoming in the least. Definitely a truly negative experience!!
