I'm
a
yoga
instructor
at
this
very
studio,
but
had
really
only
practiced
yoga
prior
to
joining
back
in
September
2021.
I
have
a
chronic
low
back
injury
which
led
me
to
yoga
in
the
first
place,
but
when
I
re-injured
my
back
in
August
2022
my
physicians
and
physical
therapists
told
me
I
really
needed
to
focus
on
strengthening
my
core.
From
that
point
on
I
committed
to
taking
at
least
one
Barre,
Piloga,
or
Bootcamp
class
a
week
at
Lotus
Loft
and
I
have
noticed
a
dramatic
change
in
my
strength,
endurance,
and
decreased
pain
in
my
back.
I
feel
so
grateful
this
studio
offers
a
variety
of
classes
that
cater
to
different
needs
and
preferences.
All
of
the
instructors
are
knowledgeable
and
made
these
classes
seem
very
approachable
to
me,
even
though
they
were
way
outside
what
I
was
used
to
doing.
I
have
fun
in
every
single
class
and
feel
like
I'm
able
to
find
the
balance
between
strength
and
ease.
