It has wonderful coral and fish and even they do serves. There is allwayes someone to help you. It is best place to see somthing beautiful.

This is a very very nice store. Lots of beautiful corals and helpful staff. Really enjoyed my experience. They take the time to make sure you get things you can maintain. Very nice place. I highly recommend it!

I have been a reefer for 20 years. I took a 6 year hiatus. I was super excited for my new reef. I started it. It started looking horrible pretty quickly which is not uncommon. But there’s a lot of money involved and I panicked.I messaged BWA on FB and was answered very quickly. I went in and Jimmy along with his very helpful boys were just cool and relaxed. I went in to grab a bunch of stuff for a cleanup crew. I asked a few other questions. He could tell I am experienced but he could also tell I was severely second guessing myself. He gave me a few tips and set my head straight. I am very thankful I found that store. I have another favorite and I won’t stop shopping there but I will likely check in to BWA first even though it’s further away.

Just called up to ask about rotifers. The associate that answered the phone asked if it was copepods or rotifers I was looking for. I explained that I needed live rotifers since fresh hatched clownfish fry are too small to eat copepods and the associate got an attitude and hung up on me. Not great customer service. This is the exact reason why I quit coming here because the customer service has only gotten worse and worse through the years. They are short and snappy in person unless it’s the owner who’s great. Anyone else just ignores your presence or at least mine…

This store is for SALTWATER ONLY! No freshwater aquariums at all. Lots of really cool coral but not what I was looking for or expecting.
