We can't say enough about the beautiful setting and amazing hospitality! From the warm greeting from Meike & Wim when we arrived to the heartfelt good bye. Our room was comfortable and the decor outstanding. The breakfast experience was truly the best we have ever had! The variety and presentation of a variety of items on the menu and the taste was amazing! Meike is an amazing and skilled chef! Very relaxing and just a delightful place to stay. We plan on being back each year!

Our dinner was spectacular! Fine dining in a beautiful atmosphere. Service was impeccable. Food & wine pairings - delightful & delicious. Highly recommended!

Mieke and Wim hosted us for our wedding in 2013 and we returned to celebrate our 10th anniversary with them this past week. This stay was even better because there was no crazy wedding to go along with it! The Riverview Suite was just as we remembered and their hospitality was simply the best. We will definitely be back!

The Mr. and Mrs. hosted my husband birthday in 2021 it was fabulous! The venue was amazing, my guest loved the whole atmosphere. The venue has plenty of space, along with inside & outside seating! It was magnificent the host are wonderful, polite and inviting. They welcome my guest into their establishment with open arms & smiles. The pricing was reasonable, the venue is beautiful by itself but when our event planner decorated I was taken back by how peaceful & beautiful it was! Outstanding B&B with the perfect innkeepers! Wim and Mieke, the innkeepers, made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. They are both amazing individuals and made our stay a top notch experience. They provided first rate hospitality and an amazing breakfast. We will be back!

What a wonderful experience. Wim was awaiting our Tuesday afternoon arrival and after helping with our luggage made (nightly) cocktails which we enjoyed together with he and Maike. Our room (first floor "Riverview") and every room is beautiful; we toured each as we plan to return. First week of May (Tues-Fri) we had the place to ourselves save Wed night when they are open for a Prix Fixe dinner / wine pairing with seating for about 20 persons...completely full and absolutely phenomenal. Breakfast each day consisted of Belgian Waffle (Wed), French Toast (Thur), or Avocado toast (Fri) accompanied by a fruit cup, fruit smoothie, yogurt parfait, meat and cheese plate, croissants/rolls, and dessert (mousse/tiramisu) as well as Tea/Coffee/OJ, all fresh and delivered via a cart left table side. As frequent B&B travelers, we consider Palmetto Riverside the new benchmark. Chris and Kate.
