They may do decent work, but do not go there if you don't have A LOT of time and patience to kill. Especially once they have your money OMG they are SLOW, NO sense of urgency or customer service at all. Especially Paulette, sitting talking about her brothers kidney stones while she has 5 people waiting! Definitely won't be back and won't recommend.

Dr. Xavier is a complete sham and an irresponsible practitioner. She had been treating my mother for nearly three years and nearly allowed her to lose sight in one eye to most likely cash in on $$$ surgery bills. My mother's condition involved a deteriorating retina that kept worsening during the years she saw Dr. Xavier only to be told there was nothing that could be done. It was resolved by finally going to another clinic where she had minimal laser surgery performed the same day to reattach her retina. The surgeon in Dr. Phillips who is now seeing my mother couldn't believe the condition her eye was in when she finally chose to get a second opinion. Same day surgery from a doctor who is booked months in advance. What does that tell you about the person my mother had been seeing before? My mother's vision will never be the same. This clinic is a bad joke that will make you wait 2-3 hours to be lied to, talked down to, and told all is fine while they commit medical malpractice to cash in on medical complications they deliberately allow to worsen. Stay far away from these sociopathic butchers.

Dr Xavier is amazing. She is very thorough, personable and knowledgeable. Her staff is friendly and capable. Only negative is that you will be there at least an hour & a half, sometimes two hours so being a book (large print for dilated eyes) or headphones to keep you occupied.

My experience has always been a pleasant one. This is my second time seeing Dr. Cho because I only go once a year but so far I have no complaints. She has a pleasant and comforting manner about her. The first part of the visit is always very smooth and things have been made even more efficient since we don't have to go upstairs and down now. It's still a bit of wait for the doctor but if she is doing the best by her patients what else can we ask for. 😊

I love Florida Eye Clinic. They are so caring about every thing to do with your eyes and have a doctor for everything. My Mother and Father used Dr. Pappas and the others for years and now I do. My visits are always great.

I have seen Dr. Cho for the last seven years. She is so friendly, always smiling, taking my questions, and addresses all my concerns. She is a great Dr. and surgeon. I would never see another eye doctor for my eye issues. I highly recommend her to anybody.

I have been visiting the Altamonte office for about 4 yrs. It has improved greatly over the years. Doctors are wonderful, I started with Doctor Greenberg and now I see doctor Cho she’s the best, she explains everything so that you’re able to understand. She takes her time to listen to you. Great staff, wait time is minimal. I was done in less than an hour.
