I had a wonderful time at Ollie's! There are SO many things to buy! House appliances, food, decorations, furniture, books, all for an amazingly low price. I just bought a porch rug, a healthy cookbook, a quesadilla maker, an air fryer, a dinnerware set, and a few other things.

This Ollie's in Casselberry, FL highered my Autistic daughter. She is the hardest worker, just doesn't always understand social nuances. She's the sweetest kid, and always wants to help everyone. She worked all the time, would go in anytime they called on her off day. The company is constantly on their employees about signing people up for their discount card and telling people they can get discounts. My daughter would scan her own discount card or give her own coupons to customers who didn't want to sign up for it (you know, because the company told her she's supposed to be trying to give these discounts). I've had employees at many different stores do things like that for me. Nobody ever told her she shouldn't. Nobody ever said anything until they treated her like a criminal, told her she lost $800 for them, trespassed her, and escorted her out!! when they asked her why she did it, she answered, "I was just trying to help." I understand not everyone really knows what autism is, and I understand this might be against their policy, but it could have and should have been handled very differently. This is extremely disgusting for a company to treat a disabled employee this way!

Ok place for bargains. Just have to look at expiration dates because I saw 2019 on some dog treat bags and 2020 on bbq chips bags. Good prices for new books.

If you like shopping for bargains or deals on brand new common items whether for kitchen, home decor, kids toys, books, clothing, ceramic pots to sports related products, give Ollie a try. Here are some items that caught my attention. I think it's a little paradise for classroom teachers and homeschool educators.

The prices range from "wow what a bargain" to not much of a bargain at all. Check the food expiration dates as we bought some wrapped items that were moldy. Store does have a little bit of everything so worth a walk through.

Oh. My. Word! I didn’t even want to put one star. But I did because the cashier was doing her best and my heart went out to her. This location really needs to send corporate down on a secret visit to witness the chaos that their management causes due to his lack of wanting to work to help the cashiers. They never even train them right and send them to work the front for returns with their hands tied. He looks down on them and leaves them struggling to handle a load that they can’t handle. He was actually hiding behind a display! Shameful! L I have worked retail many years and I found this to be a disgrace. Not to mention the lack of care for the customer. Shame shame on him. I will not be back.

Received flyer in the mail at 4:45 pm went to purchase an item at 9:00 the next morning. Associate said they we sold out yesterday. I ask did the they have 50. She said no. I said 25 she said no less than 10. This is a basic bate and switch. While I was there so I decided to look around. This store is a disaster waiting to happen. Merchandise all over the floor, many isles blocked . It looked like it had been trashed. This was my first and last visit to an Ollie's store.

I come once a year to Florida and make it a point to go to Ollie's at least once but try for twice!! The bargains that you find are so worth the trip. The employees are always courteous and helpful. The store is always clean even when they are stocking.

I love this store. Good deals can be found. Didn't give 5 stars because the store can be a bit messy, and because it's an overstock store, you can't always find what you might be looking for. On the other hand, there's a good chance you will wind up buying things you weren't looking for. 😉

Not a bad store, selling overstock and surplus items, just be patient and check back as items change. You can't be in a hurry to find what you need.

There isn't a nearby location. However, it's a fun place to shop for unique items, though not every location receives all advertised items. Customer service is pleasant, and employees know what they have and where it is, which saves time.

One of the worst experiences I went to a location in the winter garden area due to a family gathering and decided to buy a few Christmas decorations including an inflatable penguin. Now I should have noticed how light the box was that’s my fault, there was nothing in the box except for the pegs string and instructions, This is not the reason for the bad review. I called this location because it was closer to home and I asked if I was able to get an exchange at this location considering I bought at another location and was told it was no issue. So being told that it was “no issue” I went the following day with receipt and product in hand, this is when I had the displeasure of meeting Andrea (at least that’s what my receipt says) She seemed fine with all the other customers in front of me who looked to be only purchasing items but when I got to her with the product and receipt she immediately had an attitude with me She started off by saying “what do you want” keep in mind she’s working in the line that says exchange on a big sign above her head, so I explain to her the issue but she cut me off to tell me I have to go back to the other location, I told her I called to ask if I could return here instead because it’s closer to then be told “shouldn’t have been shopping far from home” she then started to complain about having to do paper work and I get it no one does but you don’t need to complain and make me feel uncomfortable, with an attitude the entire time she tells me I owe 8 cents and I paid for it no problem it’s only 8 cents but then the attitude came back for some reason when I used my card to pay it because I had no cash on me. All in all I got my item but not without being treated like someone who was giving the employees a hard time. I’m not a perfect person but I’ve never given attitude to an employee and to be treated that way really sucked Funny enough the walls are covered with the stores return policy which says they won’t give you a hard time, yeah right, and to Andrea I get people can be rude when asking for returns or exchanges but I gave no sign of hostility you definitely need some customer service training

Always find something to buy when I shop here. Recently bought white polo shirts just 4 dollars each. Cheaper than thrift shops.

Love this outlet store. There are various deals, but I am a huge fan of the candles. The scent is not overpowering and much more affordable than other places.

This has become one of my fav stores. The selection is huge and the prices are great and since I just moved into the area and in a new home, I’m in decoration mode, trying to get this place set up. I can literally spend hours in here.

I went to this location hoping to get a great deal. I pick up items that was on 75% shelf to find out at the register it was not. What's annoying finding out the sales signs are in the wrong place. When the person at the register was more excited about us being her last customer so she can go to lunch then the fact that five out of the seven items that I picked up or in the wrong place

You can find some great bargains here. We especially like the large selection of children's books. Take your time and browse around and you'll find some good deals here.

Some prices are great, others are regular prices. The food is sometimes close to expiration so I prefer to buy the toys, soaps, books, and cool gadgets here. I love browsing the various items they sell.

So I describe this store to people who have never been, as a fun place to shop for things you never knew you could use or excellent prices for the things you do. My husband buys stuff from their fishing section, I buy dog toys and cleaning supplies, I've bought some amazing glazed/clay plant pots large and small, best prices you will ever find. Although that is more of a springtime thing, but its worth a stop, they have so many items in one place it's super convenient.

Lots of things to see in the store with name brands. I tend to look for toys and snacks. Good book selection. Restrooms tend not to be kept well.

Nicest staff at the casselberry store. The cashier Alyssa saved me over 20$ reminding me to check my email for coupons and discount. Great products at great prices. We even purchased a new office chair for under 120$. Thank you Alyssa!!

Very helpful staff, store is clean and inviting. Items are organized well and there are some nice surprises on pricing of well-known brands. Very helpful for those who are on limited budgets or who enjoy using hard-earned money wisely.

It's a good store and the staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. I would've given them five stars but as good as the staff is, they need better training regarding purchasing methods. They couldn't figure out how to ring something up when presented with a Visa virtual gift card. That's not their fault, it's the fault of leadership.
