    I was the unfortunate recipient of a hit-and-run. I called other places before Atlantic, but they were the only ones to answer me right away. I brought my car in, and received two separate quotes to choose from. I felt very comfortable getting to choose how I wanted my car to be fixed. Tony and the crew at Atlantic walked me through the parts ordering processing, the work schedule, and cost. Upon picking up my car - it was PERFECT. I was honestly shocked at how amazing it looked. I'm incredibly happy to have my vehicle in the right condition. CHECK OUT THE PICS. I appreciate the hard work of the whole crew at Atlantic. Tony even gave me a tour of the facilities, which was just plain cool.

    5/5/21- I have decided to begin my review now even though car is not repaired yet. These 6 pictures are what we are working on. Tony took pictures of car (not the pics posted) and walked me through the process with insurance! It turns out I don't have comp and collision on my vehicle and sadly had to report this back to Tony! With in 2 days I had my cash estimate, going forward with repairs I called Tony today for a couple of basic questions but got way more, Knowing he's a busy man at work he took the time to walk me through the whole process and more, like what I should have for insurance! Parts have been ordered and I'm dropping my car off on Monday & given an estimate of 3-5 days for repairs. Although I maybe should have taken my car for other estimates, to possibly find the less expensive repair shop, I immediately upon meeting Tony knew he knew what he was talking about and felt my car would be in safe hands. So far 5🌟! I will update as we go! Monday May 10th I will drop off my car for repairs.

    I was recently involved in a hit and run when someone ran a red light and hit my truck. I am beyond impressed with Joe Hudson’s Collision Center. This was my first experience in an accident so that in itself was very stressful, but the team at JHC turned this experience around for me and my family. They continuously kept us informed about the progress of my repairs. I didn’t have to question or call to inquire about anything because they communicated everything at each step. I wasn’t sure how long my repairs would take, so I was pleasantly happy to have my truck back so quickly and it looks amazing! Thank you Joe Hudson’s Collision Center for going above and beyond! 5 STAR customer service!

    I was recently hit in the parking lot at my office where I work and since I had just moved to Port St Lucie knew nothing about any collision or auto body shops, the insurance company of the lady that hit me offered Joe Hudson's and since I had a good review from her I went ahead and went with Joe Hudson's. I just have to say that from the very beginning, from the person on the phone to the front desk girl to Jason who helped me every step of the way, the service was amazing. Jason called me on a regular basis and updated me on every thing that was going on. I expected the car to be in there for months based on the current supply chain issues that we are unfortunately dealing with in this country but they had my car done within a week of when they took it. When I picked it up I was amazed the only way that you could tell anything had happened to my car was the fact that when they washed it, it was clean for the first time in, I'm ashamed to say, a couple of months. I would recommend anyone to go to this company they were all amazing, polite, and very efficient. Thank you Joe Hudson's and staff.

    Don't be fooled this is not Atlantic Auto anymore! It is Joe Hudson's. Who is a complete scam artist, rip off. Had an accident bought my car there when it was still under Atlantic. My car has been there since the end of January. After the insurance adjuster did his first assessment they did their assessment and required more funds and my insurance company gave it to him. February nothing March comes along the car is totaled they tell me. My adjuster got in touch with them and asked him to reassess and the car is still totaled. Most recent update as of today's date April 19th 2022 my assurance adjuster wants to bring it to a different body shop and Joe Hudson's send an email requiring $300 for a teardown fee which is acceptable. My insurance company agreed and sent the tow truck to go pick up the car to bring to a different shop. Now they won't release the car because they want to be reimbursed for parts that they purchased for a car that they said was totaled twice! Sounds like they're just holding it hostage just to get more money out of my insurance company! I would not recommend Joe Hudson to anybody not even my ex-wife! LOL stay clear stay far away these people are thieves and will come up with every excuse in the world to get more money out of you before they release your vehicle!

    I had the most amazing experience with this company! I had the pleasure of working with Tony. Tony is professional and efficient!! His communication is top notch and he does everything he says. Even though my job was of the smaller variety I was treated like a VIP! Tony had a rental car waiting on me when I dropped the car off so I didn't have the added hassle of getting a ride to a car rental place and going through that process, it was all integrated into one seamless transaction. I really appreciate that, saved me time and stress! The car looks great and you can't even tell anything happened to it. It as also super shiny, detailed and looks even better than it did before I dropped it off. I had planned to get a quote from a few different shops but, when I spoke with Tony I knew this was the right place. I trusted him and knew my car was in good hands! No need to go anywhere else. Fortunately I have not required this kind of service in my life until now but you can guarantee if I have any other collision repair needs I will be calling Tony!! Thank you to all the guys and gals that did such an amazing job, including the mechanics and detail crew!! If you need body work done call Tony, you will be glad you did!!

    I am a retired auto technician with over 30 years dealership experience so I am particular about who I have work on my cars. We moved to Port St. Lucie about 5 years ago and only recently needed paint work due to my carelessness while moving stuff in the garage (don’t ask). When we lived in Palm Beach County I had someone I trusted for body work, but that shop has now closed so taking it down there was not an option. After researching local body shops online I found three that seemed worthwhile and visited them all to get estimates. Atlantic’s estimate was not the cheapest but their clean professional facility and staff gave me the best feeling of places I visited so I scheduled the repair and dropped the car off on a Monday. Later that same day someone called me to say some additional parts required replacement that were not included in the estimate. I authorized the new parts but was disappointed when the work was not completed at the time promised. When I complained, Tex said he would make completion a priority and called the following day to say work had been completed. The car was clean when picked up, Atlantic discounted the price quoted as compensation for the job taking longer than promised, and the repair looks excellent. In spite of the minor glitches Atlantic will definitely get first call next time I need body or paint repair. Adding this after a second visit about one week ago. The first part of my review was written about Atlantic Collision, be aware this business has changed hands, no longer the same management, not just a name change. When I stopped to get an estimate for paint work on my wife's Lincoln recently I was first asked if it was insurance work, when I said no that I would be paying they told me I would have to make an appointment for an estimate. That was a first for me, the local Ford dealer had no problem writing the estimate on the spot so they will be getting the job.

    My family and I always use this place when body work needs to be done. USAA usually sends us here. It used to be called Atlantic auto collision. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

    I called in to schedule an estimate and the guy that picked up the phone was extremely rude. Before collecting any information, he insisted numerous times that this center was the most expensive in the treasure coast. He kept cutting me off and refused to let me speak. He even gave a stink about the repairs being payed by a third party (not insurance) by once again insisting that “Atlantic Collision is the most expensive in the area” as if it’s coming out of his pockets. I have no idea what his problem was but the overall interaction was distasteful and uncalled for. I dodged a bullet by not coming here. DO BETTER GUYS!

    This company was great to work with from start to finish dropped truck off on Tuesday evening and was done Friday afternoon. They did amazing work on my truck can’t tell I ever had an issue with my front bumper and the paint work is spot on the truck is as beautiful again as the day I bought it. They kept me informed every step of the process could not be more thankful for the work done

    Someone had run into me and this was the repair shop their insurance covered. I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was all through insurance, but I’m glad I went with them! They repaired my passenger side doors so well it didn’t look like anyone ran into me. They kept me updated daily on their automated text message system as well. The front desk woman was great and Justin was also a pleasure to deal with. If anything happens in the future I’ll be sure to go with them!

    12/8/22 Joe Hudsons is probably the best collision center I've ever had to use in my 30yrs of driving. They are probably the most honest people ive ever had the pleasure to do business with. Jim and Tex are super nice, honest, easy to talk to and take the time to listen to everything you have to say. There was a problem after I got my truck back that wasnt due to them, but had to be added to my claim, and they took care of everything with the insurance company and had it done by end of day and just made everything right and made sure I was happy. Fantastic business with fantastic people running the place. 5 star! Thanks again Jim and Tex, you guys are awesome! Hizzah!

    Since I've gotten my car back from them, I've noticed the emblem logo on my car isn't there. I've also noticed that one of the censor covers is gone. And for the first time ever since buying the car in 2015, the check engine light is on. We called to let them know, and was basically told to speak with my insurance company. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

    To whom it may concern, After having a bad (and first) accident I was very lost I what needed to be done next, and like most consumers - I considered just taking the car to my manufacturer dealership to get it fixed. But I had an urge to just run one more google search for a body shop near me that I felt comfortable with that would take care of my car. I stumbled upon the google business page for Atlantic Collision. After meticulously coming through 5 star review after 5 star review I was sold. I stop by and was greeted by Tony (hey Tony!). I briefed him on the situation and he was very prompt to help. He went out and took a million pictures and paid attention to every slight detail. Keep in mind I took this to the body shop of the car's manufacturer (I will not state dealership's name) and they did a once over and didn't even use photos and threw a number at me and sent me on my way. Tony noticed things the dealership did not notice. We went back inside and Tony was very helpful and briefed me on what our next steps were as this was a first for me. He wrote up his detailed report and sent it to my insurance. Before I handed the keys over he gave me a shop tour so I would know what sort of equipment (all top of the line) and work my car would be going through. After he sent me on my way with my rental. Throughout the process he emailed me pictures of progress and where they were at and me being a helicopter car owner I stopped in now and then to see it myself and Tony was happy to greet me and show me what was what. They were painting spots the manufacturer did not care to paint! As Tony said "this is what separates the men from the boys." Just a recap... Subaru did not paint these parts yet they did. Marco and Edder were tasked with my car. Marco did the body work, and Edder painted. When it came time to pick up my car I was floored. The paint was impeccable! You could not tell the car was recently involved in an accident that swayed the subframe. Not only that but the team polished a few scratches out of my paint that were not related to my accident. The body lines were just like factory and the body panel gaps were factory spec! Most importantly... the car drove exactly the way it did prior to. All in all I recommend Atlantic Collision to anyone unfortunate enough to be in an accident and is in need of repair or for just plain old body work! But the workmanship, professionalism, and clientele care is not your "plain old," it is on a whole new level. The owner has created a great team. They all deserve a raise if I must say. Take a look at the before/during/after photos for yourself folks. I can't thank them enough. J.
