Great people great service, went in there yesterday with my sister's dog Nala who had ate a fish hook by mistake, luckily the hook was stuck in her tongue and did not swallow it. They knew it was an emergency matter and took care of Nala faily quick. Thank you for helping our canine family member.

It's always hard when you move and need to find that purr-fect vet for your fur babies. We absolutely lucked out when someone recommended Conway Veterinary Hospital and their staff. Everyone was kind and caring, even though I brought in what probably appeared to them to be a Tasmanian Devil. 😂 They took their time and tried to make it as easy as possible on my poor, unwilling kitty. I wasn't even sure we were going to be able to accomplish a yearly checkup and vaccines when I walked in, but this staff was confident right from the start which eased my mind. They know what they are doing! UPDATE: I liked this place so much I applied to work here and have been happily employed by CVH since. I had no idea I was going to be working here when I made the original review. (1st picture of black kitty while still at the vet, curled up for a snooze. 2nd picture of me having a bit of fun wearing a tiara and a purple and green tutu over purple scrubs)

Brought multiple pets here, staff is kind and helpful, reasonably priced.

I like the place but I took my puppy for her vaccines. They asked me if I could bring her back for her rabies in two weeks because she was little. At that time they changed me $55.00 for a visual anual exam plus the vaccines. Two weeks later they charged me the same $55.00 for the visual anual exam. I don’t get it. I’ll have to go somewhere else next time because I don’t think it’s fair. If they want to charge that that’s fine but not twice within two weeks.

Worst place they don’t care about the pets (animals).

I’ve been coming to Dr. Porters office for at least 3 years now. It’s 30-40 minutes from me, but I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies the way I do with him and his staff! They’re always patient and go out of their way to make me and my pups comfortable. He truly cares about your pets health and doesn’t push unnecessary treatment. 10/10 recommend!

Been going to Conway Veterinary Hospital myself for 4 years for my cats to see Dr. Porter and his team. My family has been seeing him for their dogs for much longer though and I couldn't ask for a better clinic to take my babies to. We have received prompt and caring service from both Dr. Robert (Dr. Bob) Porter and his staff for the past 6 years! They have seen us through the good times and the bad, and Dr. Porter always provides expert advice no matter what we are going through. We’ve doubted a few troubling diagnoses, but after following up with vet specialists, Dr. Porter is always right! We would not trust our pets with anyone else. Dr. Bob and Dr. Sarah Povilauskas (Dr. Sarah) have even helped us with a few of our animals we’ve fostered through the Orange County Animal Services (OCAS) shelter. They are truly the best of the best!

Dr Porter and his staff have always taken very good care ofy pets. Sometimes he even prints out literature about my pet's condition and mails it to my house so I can be better informed.

Their COVID procedures are phenomenal, they give you every opportunity to make sure you are with your animal from the comfort of your car. I understand it can be difficult for those who aren’t with their pets, but the office gives you multiple options to keep your pet at ease. CVH has taken care of my rescues for over a year now. These are my first animals where I’m paying for their vet bills so I can’t project pricing, but I have never been upset or shocked with the pricing, everything is affordable. I even pick up the dogs toothpaste here, and they give me a brush with the paste. :) I recommend this location for your animal needs!

I took my dog a year ago to get all of his shots. He is a chow chow. My dog was muzzled and sedated but the sedation didn’t work that well on him. The doctor and vets were still able to get his shots. They just had one vet technician to hold my dog still while the doctor ran test on him. I got a call the day I’m suppose to be going into the vet office stating they are refusing to even see my dog again (last time they saw him was a year ago). They told me they no longer will be doing business with me and that the owner/doctor Dr. Porter recommends I go elsewhere or a mobile vet to come to my house. I’m extremely upset because they didn’t even try to see my dog again. They put in 0 effort and I felt they were very judgmental. They seen my dog ONCE which was a year ago. Based on that one encounter a year ago, they are refusing my chow chow to ever come back. I could see if I went today and my chow chow was just acting horrible and aggressive towards the staff then when the vet turned me down they could justify the reasoning in doing so. They could have even refused me last year when I went with my chow chow but to refuse me and my dog from going there a YEAR later without seeing my dog?!?! I’m extremely upset and I know myself as well as my dog were wrongfully judged/discriminated against by the staff and owner. I wouldn’t recommend this vet to anyone who has a dog who is terrified of vets or an aggressive dog/breed.

Took my almost 5 year old, "Blue" in for his annual checkup today. Everyone was super good to him and he loved the attention!

I can not begin to thank the staff and Doctors at Conway Veterinary Hospital. They have taken care of our fur family for 20 years and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. They are compassionate and professional.

When my husband and I were talking about adding a four legged member to our family, we both agreed- we needed to find a new veterinary office. After looking at maps for proximity to our home, reviews online, and perhaps most importantly a graduate of the UF veterinary program (go Gators!), we decided to give CVH a try. After two visits, may I just say: prayers answered. Speaking to Jennifer on the phone when making our initial appointment was a delight and Erica has also been kind and helpful. I was apprehensive about the curbside visit (understanding the necessity, but also worried since it was our first visit), but my fears were quickly squelched after my phone conversation with Dr. Bob. He was knowledgable, thorough, kind, personable, offered up some helpful care tips, and didn’t make me feel rushed. And when I dropped our dude off for bloodwork, Kyle was also very kind, eager to assist, happily accommodated a last minute request, and took the time to answer my questions. And EVERY PERSON has commented on our sweet little guy in a complimentary way! Every single staff that I have encountered has been kind, knowledgable, patient, and is definitely smiling behind their masks. Thank you guys for being you. You all care about what you do, we can tell, and we appreciate you so much because of it. We are thrilled with our choice of your office, and we look forward to our ongoing relationship with you all!

All around great experience, it's hard now a days to find a vet that's not afraid to just grab your almost 80lb Pitt bull and say "ok let's see what's going on with the big guy", I felt so at home as did my puppy. Also I thought my pups name as soon as we walked in was a great touch and welcome. Super clean and inviting.

New to the area and not established as a client yet, they fit me in asap for my failing dog's "final vet visit". They were compassionate, professional and very gentle with my beloved companion. Thank you for being there for me and my O'Livia.

I took my Frenchie here in an emergency and I couldnt be happier with the attention we received! Puppy was taken right in and taken care of. Doctor Sarah came out and explained everything to me. I had to leave my puppy for a few hours and Dr Sarah called me and explained how my puppy was doing & what to do going forward at length. Super nice! Jennifer who answered the phone was SUPER sweet. I love this vet office!

Dr Porter & Dr Sarah are the best vet drs out there!! We’ve been going to Conway Vet 10+ years. The friendly staff and drs have been by our side with each pet we’ve brought in. Through tough times and happy times. Facility is very very clean and has a warm welcome when you walk in! Excellent.

I love this place. The staff is very friendly and inviting. Prices are resonable but higher than my old vet for sure. The building is clean. I’m thankful they were able to see my Nala the same day for an ear infection which was our first visit and decided to stay with this vet.

Quality care for your pet. We take our kitty Felix here and they are very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Porter was thorough with his explanations during the initial exam and was cautious in running blood tests prior to doing a neuter to rule out any complications. The office made a mistake with scheduling the neuter, which I was not even aware of. They could have easily fibbed and attributed it to something else. They called, apologized, and offered to do the neuter on a date when surgeries are not normally offered at our convenience. Simple things like this go a long way. I appreciate their efforts and care. Yes, at times the expenses can be costly, but the price is well worth it if you want quality care for your pet. Their prices are posted online for general services, however they always break down the price and explain what each service is in case anything else arises and do not pressure you to purchase them. They even offer coupons for free exams. We will continue to bring Felix to Conway Vet.

Great and friendly staff. For being a new customer they got my Dog in the same day. However, They will turn your animals away once you are established with them by telling you that you need certain tests done that you did not ask for, and you explaining to them that you do not want those tests done. And they in turn will tell you, we can't see your pet and give him his meds ...mind you ,that he has been on for years, unless you do these tests, we will not see your pet. They did that twice to me! And mind you they will insist on having those tests done or they will tell you to find another vet. NOT COOL! Second time they did that to me , I was out of there....byeeee!
