I
called
in
advance
to
schedule
a
30
minute
massage
with
Halifax
injury
physicians.
I
let
them
know
ahead
of
time
I
also
had
an
appointment
at
10
o'clock
for
something
unrelated
at
a
different
location
down
the
road
.
I
made
my
appointment
for
9
AM
giving
me
plenty
of
time
to
get
to
my
other
appointment
and
have
my
massage
done.
I
arrive
to
Halifax
injury
physicians
at
8:55
AM,
two
other
people
were
helped
before
me
when
I
was
the
first
to
arrive.
Finally
at
9:10
I
am
asked
to
fill
out
paperwork.
Something
that
could've
been
done
for
the
last
10
minutes.
I
filled
the
paperwork
out
quickly
and
efficiently
and
return
it
then
to
be
told
I
must
go
back
to
the
waiting
room
and
wait
a
couple
more
minutes
for
a
room
to
become
available.
I
checked
my
clock
and
it
is
915,
if
I
have
to
wait
a
couple
more
minutes
I
would
not
have
time
to
receive
a
30
minute
massage
and
still
have
time
to
drive
and
make
it
to
my
next
appointment
at
10
AM
which
I
previously
warned
them
about
multiple
times.
Very
unprofessional.
After
disclosing
that
I
had
already
waited
for
15
minutes
and
waiting
any
longer
would
make
me
late
to
my
next
appointment
they
responded
with
'Sorry!!!!'
and
walked
away.
'Sorry'
doesn't
fix
the
fact
that
it
has
been
6+
months
since
I
received
chiropractic
care
and
this
was
my
first
experience
back
&
I
actually
walked
out
in
more
pain
than
I
was
before
due
to
the
stress
of
unprofessionalism.
Thanks
guys!!!!
