I
have
my
credit
card
statements
to
show
I
paid
every
month
timely.
They
did
NOT
ask
me
to
leave.
They
should
be
careful
of
untrue,
slanderous
statements.
Facility
is
in
poor,
poor
shape,
and
infested
with
termites.
They
over
charge
for
labor
on
service.
They
claim
a
bolt
was
seized
and
it
delayed
service
work
but
they
forgot
they
called
me
prior
to
starting
the
job
and
they
hadn't
received
the
part
yet
and
then
called
1hr
20
minutes
later
to
say
the
work
was
completed
and
they
charged
for
2.5
hours
labor.
However,
if
you
know
mechanics,
this
was
a
new
bolt
in
July
so
it
would
NOT
have
been
seized.
Then,
even
though
they
have
my
credit
card
on
file,
they
held
my
boat
hostage
and
demanded
cash
when
I
arrived
before
they
would
put
my
boat
in
the
water.
I've
been
there
a
year,
spent
over
$4700,
and
they
are
always
paid
timely
because
they
have
my
credit
card
on
file!
This
is
the
second
time
I've
had
work
done
there
in
the
last
4
months
and
the
first
time
funny
enough
I
had
a
larger
than
expected
labor
charge
because
a
bolt
was
seized
then
too
coincidentally.
One
time,
I
arrived
to
use
my
boat
and
the
boat
cover
was
taken
off
the
boat
and
no
one
could
explain
how
and
why
the
cover
was
not
on
my
boat.
You
can
tell
it
was
off
for
an
extended
period
of
time
by
the
amount
of
dirt
and
debris
in
the
boat,
including
termite
droppings
AND
LIVE
TERMITES.
The
owner
is
impossible
to
reach
when
you
have
an
issue:
he
hides
and
has
his
hourly
employees
do
his
dirty
work.
I
suggest
not
giving
notice
when
the
time
comes
you
want
to
stop
using
their
facilities,
remove
your
boat,
then
tell
them.
I
gave
90
days
notice
and
they
still
billed
my
credit
card
for
the
next
month's
storage
and
refused
to
credit
me
Once
again
the
owner's
car
was
there
but
he
hid
from
me
when
I
asked
to
speak
with
him
regarding
the
payment
discrepancies.
I've
been
a
good
customer,
spending
over
$4700
in
the
last
year
and
they
have
my
credit
card
on
file
so
they
get
paid
timely.
