I bought Sofa from IKEA and the fabric of my SOFA got boblin with in six months from the purchase of the sofa. I have reported this issue to them but I got the response that this happens if you use the SOFA. But I am not able to understand that we bought this sofa to use and not to keep it in Museum. Attached are the pictures of the fabric. They are not at all accepting their problem. If this fabric is that bad then why they are not removing it from their catalogue. I feel like cheated as they are not helping on this issue.

Panowie wnieśli towar, brudny materac oparli o ścianę, byli niesympatyczni, nie chcieli pomóc do położenia materaca na łóżko, nie pozwolili przeliczyć paczek.
