The store seemed somewhat disorganized (biggest complaint) and the shelves weren't full (not a big deal since this is probably just a side effect from the past pandemic, etc. etc.). My daughter wanted some Cesar puppy food for her Shih Tzu puppies, but Target's price is about 18% more per container than other places. It seems they should be more competitive on this and some other items. It's been a while since I was here and I remember Target showing more pride in their store a few years ago, so unfortunately I was a little disappointed with this visit.

Returned some items that were bought by mistake and received store credit. Transaction was fast so we grabbed a few new bathroom towels and socks for the kids. All was well until we saw the line. About 10 people were waiting for the self checkout. 2 regular registers were open , I'm guessing there's at least 10 registers there. We almost just put the basket down and walked out but my son wanted new socks so we waited. If I was alone I would've been gone.

This is the closest Target to my house and I have shopped here frequently for many years. This location has gone downhill in the last few years to the point that I drive further to go to the location on Grant. The parking lot is barely driveable with all the potholes and traffic, the store is frequently out of things (for a while I understand it was due to supply chain issues, but other stores and other Targets seem to have recovered while this one has not), and there is always a line to check out no matter when you shop. I don't know if they have new management that doesn't know how to run the store or what has happened, but the Walmart on the other side of the shopping center is cleaner and better stocked, even if it's just as crowded. Target, you can do better and I beg you to fix this store!

Nice Target! Well stocked with all the essentials. Plenty of employees available. Probably don’t need to sell fleece footy pajamas yet in Tucson, but to each and their own!

My wife and I will never shop at this target again. Almost every single person who was working tonight, were being very mean to us and were nice to the other few people who were not caucasian. This store obviously does not like white people. Don’t worry Target corporation next time I will document my store visit via social media. This is Not okay!!!! We have to be better than this.

Everything is locked up and you can't find anybody to unlock anything for you. Then when you try and set things for pickup they take forever as well. This location in particular has gone downhill fast. Not to mention make sure you lock your car up because people were out in the parking lot pulling on door handles. Where is the pointless security team member in the yellow vest? Not walking the parking lot obviously.

Consistently mis-priced items. I think I’ve left a bad review about this before. Today’s culprits included Annie’s Mac off 10 cents a box and powdered Gatorade mislabeled by $2. If they could fix their annoying pricing problems this would be a great store. Nice employees and self checkout that doesn’t talk at you the whole time you check out.

This Target is clean and well laid out. People are friendly and helpful. Store is pretty well stocked. They suffer from supply chain issues like everyone else and were setting up Christmas stuff but still had what I needed.

Extremely rude people, they literally runaway when u need help, they’re absolutely useless. Everything’s always out of stock but never updated online, so we waste our time going down to this sad excuse of a supermarket n deal with extremely rude customer service for nothing!!!! Never going back!

I recently visited the Target store located at El Con Mall in Tucson and was disappointed with the overall condition of the store. The store was very messy and there were empty shelves everywhere, giving the impression that the store was going out of business. I found many items to be out of place, making it difficult to find what I was looking for. Additionally, there was a lack of staff available to assist me with my shopping. I am a regular Target shopper and have always enjoyed my visits, but I will not be returning to this location until significant improvements are made.

Wow. Never had an employee scold me for peeking in an open box on the sales floor. That changed today as Shane, a disgruntled employee proceeded to yell at me & then took merch boxes off the floor with his pallet jack of power. Sadness. ☹️☹️

totally disorganized, looked like a tornado physically ran through the store and I got there right at opening. most of the things I was looking for were out of stock, or were they just thrown halfway across the store? who knows. the one on Grant is better

The basic properties of working retail and customer service are lost on associate Shane. Instead of offering to help me find a certain item he decided to scold me about looking through boxes that were on the sales floor. Then he gets a pallet jack and takes the merchandise to the back so I could no longer browse the items. However my visit at this location was redeemed by totally awesome associate Corrie. She went the extra mile and searched in the back for the new items that were supposed to be on the sales floor. After about 15 minutes she tracked me down in the store and handed me the items. After feeling let down by the actions of Shane I was completely uplifted by Corrie. Definitely gave me a feeling of wanting to return to this location for future needs. Thank you Corrie!

This target is the worst with Customer Service. They're rude. They profile my boyfriend because he's not a rich business man in a suit and tie. The pharmacy always ALWAYS refuses to fill my scripts because they're lazy and don't bother looking me up. I've seen rotten food in the grocery section. Everything is overpriced at this location with how gross it is. Not to mention, the homeless try to break into our car. Never coming back!

This review is as the result of a Target survey. I usually have a pleasant shopping trip at Target, however, these past two visits at two different locations, one being at the El Con location and the second at the Oracle location, were disappointing due to the lack of customer service. Perhaps things have changed over the years when customers asked for an item and the associate checked the inventory stock, or availability at other locations if they didn't have it. Both times I asked if they could check, or if they knew when shipments would arrive. They responded no. I asked if they could find out and they said no. The last associate said that I could call to check but she didn't offer a number to call. I gave up at that point. I know that I can check online and purchase whatever I want online as well. However, if I'm at a store that I regularly shop at and find it convenient to pick up an item then I ask so I can include it on my list of things for my next shopping trip.

Discounts on shelf tags are for credit card or phone app only. Discriminatory. Those who just want to go to the store and get the best price. You get to the counter and you need a phone app for that discount- best price. That’s why you see older folks at the check out counter having the cashier working on a cell phone. This takes a lot of time in cash out line. What if you don’t have a phone with you? What if you don’t use an iPhone? What if you can’t read English but you can read money?

Went to the El Con location today and was trying to find an associate. I found one and asked her if she could unlock an item was not on the shelf but was listed in stock. So I asked her if she could unlock the drawer. Rather than calling an associate who had the key, she looked both ways in an aisle that didn’t have my item and said “I think the person who’s over there is on lunch”. What happened to calling someone who has a key? Or checking if the in- stock notification was even correct? No help whatsoever. There was no “let me try to help you with that” ,” I’m so sorry they are on lunch but let me see if I can find another associate who can unlock the drawer” Clothing is a mess and shelves are empty. This target used to better than the one on oracle but that has definitely changed.

Love coming here. Everyone is always in a good mood the store is always clean and stocked. If they are stressed about something it doesn't show. Good job to the managers for making the employees enjoy their jobs.

The shelves are sparse and it has the feeling of decline. Target has always been my preference for brick and mortar, but this was a rather depressing and not very satisfying experience. We weren't able to get everything we needed-- didn't have our size and didn't have a basic product.

Used to really vibe with AARON in toys. Was a great guy. Today I was NOT greeted or made felt welcome by - SHANE and CHRISTINA. they were not willing to scan dpci codes or look for backstock in the rear. First time I've encountered this behavior in a target.

The worst. More security guards than employees or tellers. Literally a line of 60 plus people and two clerks. You can’t blame the two poor employees that obviously get no help from anyone. Maybe less idiot guards parking chargers at the door and more real employees. Thank god for Amazon

I can always find the basics and groceries I need and cute fashion and housewares I like. I like that Target is diverse and inclusive and showcases different cultures and styles.

The security is amped up and I am assuming for reasons I can only imagine. I was looking for an eyeshadow pallet with black and white shadows and I found one. It was a morph pallet I had to step on my tip toes to reach the pallet in the display. As I pull it out the alarm goes off. I drop the pallet cause it startled me. The lady comes over and says that those alarms only go off if you try to remove the elastic band security sensor. I said maybe the other pallet get caught and she says it only goes off if someone tries to remove it. I decided not to go with that pallet because I really didn't want it to go off again and now I get accused of trying to steal it.

I have loved Target since the day it opened, I even remember that! The brown is bothering me so much though, does anyone think it’s looking a little like a toilet bowl? El Con shopping mall isn’t my favorite but luckily you can rely on target to stay consistently great just need the right environment and a new bank account!

Drive up and same day Ship orders are great! Employees are fast and super friendly. Unfortunately, I wish I could say the same for in store experience. I use to love this store, I don't know what happened but its been upside down now for a while. I hope it recovers soon!

The store hangs up no matter what numbers you press the phones automatically hang up …. A hobo tried breaking into my car while I was still in it here as well just the other day and there was no security to be found. This is the most ghetto target I’ve been to in Tucson 🥴

This store is absolutely terrible. Me and my girl (Who is Mexican) Walk in and as soon as we get inside. We have about 3 associates behind us. Little did they know we had about $300 in our pockets. We had no intention of going in there to steal anything but got followed anyway. And while they were following us this other couple was getting them like crazy. stuffing whatever they could in her purse. We paid for everything we bought and that other couple ran out of a side exit. Im sure they felt pretty stupid. Bt that is excatly why I do not go into target very often. If you don't want to be harrassed while your trying to shop unless your certain race DO NOT GO HERE!

This review is long overdue but I came in on Black Friday to get a few items and while things were a little hectic Damien had a great attitude and was more than happy to assist me. When I stepped in his line to checkout he honored the online price of one of my items and I greatly appreciate that! I took another trip today and Corrie noticed that I was walking around aimlessly. She greeted me with the brightest smile and offered any assistance if I needed it. Thank you so much Damien and Corrie for your great customer service!

Birthday shopping is actually delightful at Target. The store is near the U of A and looked like there had been some serious shopping there recently. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and everything is so well marked that we completed our purchases in very little time. I love the El Con Target!

Evelyn in personal care is the best associate, employee and all Aaron's person. Not only is she extremely helpful, but she's nice very knowledgeable. She's an amazing young lady that will go fast not only because she's kind but she's dedicated and very knowledgeable. This young lady deconstruct deserves, employee of the month, a raise, and what ever newness target has to offer. You Target should be proud to have such an amazing person working for them!! Keep being great Evelyn! 👍
