Stay out of this place. They take a $350 application fee *** for a $1,100/month apartment only to be quoted $1,500 price a week later (a 36% increase!! in a week). ***Keep in mind that the fee doesn't guarantee the quoted price (yes, it is in the small print). Price gouging driven by demand. Although I understood it was a non refundable fee, to me that it sounded unreasonable to expect us to pay that significant increase per month. Oh and that price is for each person sharing a 5-bedroom apartment. Parents: Don't be fooled by the idea of living close to campus. Tucson is small enough that you can find off campus places (and still safe) for that cost.

I really loved touring. Brooke was very professional and answered my many questions. She also helped my parents get their questions answered. On the tour she poured her whole heart and soul into this. She’s also pretty cool. Thanks Brooke!

Yeah the apartment is cool and all. But management is terrible. I went to pick up some furniture I let my roommate use after I moved out and they charged me a whole months rent after seeing me. They also abuse their right to charge you for things like cleaning and paint jobs after you move out even if you left it nice. They also falsely accused me for not paying March-may electricity 2 YEARS LATER.They have always made the most upright stupid reasonings to charge tenants just for money. The manager when I lived there was creepy and tried to flirt with the tenants and would go up to the pool for no reason but to look at the girls. If you’re looking to live there have fun<3

This is my first year living at Aspire has been great! floor plan is very big and all amenities included. Plenty of storage under beds and in closet. Great location right next to university. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

I had an exceptional experience living at Aspire, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by two remarkable individuals at the front desk. Brooke and Lyla consistently go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free, always greeting me with a warm smile and promptly addressing any concerns. Their professionalism and dedication truly set this apartment complex apart, making it a delightful place to call home.

Parent perspective: Aspire is professional managed and staff is very responsive. My interaction with Brooke was very positive, professional and helpful. The facility is clean, secure and convenient location on the edge of campus. Online email communication notices/billing is also very informative and user friendly. I would highly recommend Aspire to prospective students/parents.

Brooke Semple is the best worker ever! She is always so sweet when I see her working, and will help me out in any way I need. My experience living at Aspire has 100% been impacted in the best way by Brooke. I could not recommend going to her for any needs enough.

My living experience at aspire was absolutely horrible. They up charge for every tiny thing in your apartment, the management is rude and untimely, the pool was under construction for 6 months which is over half of the time I lived there, the whole experience was just horrible. do not recommend living here unless you want ripped off! this is just a small snippet of the stuff that happened while living there. they will take my comment down because it hurts their pride

Over the course of 3 years living here, Aspire has proven to be my home. It's a lovely apartment complex. It has a rooftop pool, a gym, which I mainly use, and the excellent units they provide you once you move in. So I live in a studio apartment and haven't had any problems besides the rent. The rent is quite expensive and has gone up dramatically. Other than that, the employees are friendly and can work with you if you have any problems. I will say that Aspire is probably one of the best apartment complexes to look for if you are considering looking for a lovely and luxurious apartment complex. A little expensive but worth it in the end.
