I have lived in several apartments over the past few years and Cortland on the Loop is the BEST apartment I have ever lived in! I was struggling to find an apartment in Tucson that could fit all my needs and it truly has everything. The amenities are well kept, management is amazing, and the maintenance team is prompt and thorough. The leasing agent Yvette made my move the smoothest and most enjoyable experience. Living in a place where the management and staff truly care about you and your satisfaction makes Cortland on the Loop stand out above all other apartments. I can not recommend this apartment enough and am beyond satisfied!!

Management, maintenance and front desk staff are friendly, communicative and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is close to the main highway and is located in downtown Tucson. It was quiet, the neighbors were friendly, and the facility was clean. I highly recommend staying here!

I just moved here and by far it’s been so great. Cortland on the Loop is a perfect location! I love the environment here and all the amenities. Nate is one of the mangers who was very helpful with my interest with living here and answered all my questions very quickly either over phone or email. All the staff is so nice and was very helpful throughout my move in process. Everyone is so welcoming and caring here. I had an issue with my disposal and haven’t had the time to try to reset it because I am always working but Jonathan came right away fixed while I was at work! It’s so nice having a maintenance team you can always count on.

This property is truly something special! From the moment of moving in, the apartment felt refreshingly clean and brand new. The staff team is exceptional, with Yvette, our leasing consultant, standing out as a true gem. She guided both my roommate and me through the application process with amazing expertise. Yvette's patient and prompt communication ensured we had everything we needed at every step. A big shout-out to her for her fantastic support! We've had such an easy time getting into Cortland on the loop Apartments! Yvette, the Front Representative, was absolutely amazing! She helped us get everything together, since my husband was coming from Phoenix to Tucson! She even assisted us with some recommendations for movers, that were also reasonably priced and great! She gave us a tour of all the amenities, they have to offer, and even gave my kiddos some ice pops, so that they would be distracted, so we could sign paperwork! She was very kind, attentive, and very welcoming to our family! We even appreciate Eric, for all of his help, over the phone, as well! He really helped us with all of the approvals we needed to get. This is a fantastic property! The apartments are spacious and have lots of windows to enjoy the views of Tucson. The staff are all very wonderful. Miss Yvette, the Leasing Consultant who works the front desk, is absolutely amazing! Every time I need help with something, she knows exactly who to call to get it fixed. She has been a great help! Beyond that, the complex is very clean and well-maintained, and there's lots of grass for pets. The pool is large, has a lap lane, and a nice shaded area. I really enjoy living here!

Great place to live. I’ve been here for a little over 6 months and everything has been great. The staff is tentative and quick to respond. Love how close we are to the loop too.

I moved here about 2 months ago and have had the best experience so far! The maintenance team responds quickly and they are all so friendly. Nate was the one who helped me sign my apartment - he was very helpful in answering all of my questions and also went above and beyond to ensure that I had a smooth move in process. Even after, he would check in to see if there was anything I needed in regards to the apartment or with any questions about Tuscon itself. I also met Yvette in the front office and she has been very kind and helpful to me as well. Overall, the apartment is great and the whole team here makes it even better!

I can't speak highly enough of this place. We've lived here for about 2 years and are sad to be leaving. The management, maintenance staff, and front desk personnel are friendly, communicative, and fast to respond to any issues. The location is close to major roads and central to everything in Tucson. It's quiet, neighbors are friendly, and amenities are nice and clean. I have no complaints. I'd highly recommend for anyone looking for a great apartment community!
