I Travel, quite a bit, it all over, and live in the Phoenix Valerie, where you can find very good Mexican food anywhere. This is the best Mexican restaurant. I’ve eaten that in at least five years. Francisco, the manager, came over and introduced himself. He was very friendly, as were all of the staff. They were quite busy for a Thursday evening, but our food still arrived on time with a Great presentation, and, Best, defaal, was an absolute gastronomic delight. The core of the restaurant is very pleasing, and it makes you feel like you are in Mexico The very best thing, however, is the salsa. The salsa at Guadalajara is unlike any you will get anywhere else. It is made fresh table side at whatever heat level you like, and is made from 100% fresh ingredients. The tomatoes are fire roasted in their own ovens. The peppers that they use come from a local farm. Everything about the process and presentation is top notch. This level of service is normally reserved for five star restaurants and above. Here is possibly the best part. My wife and I had two meals, an appetizer and dessert and brought home enough food for two more meals meals -for EACH of us-and our entire bill was still under $60, including one margarita. You’d be hard-pressed to beat this place, comparing it to most other restaurants, let alone, Mexican restaurants. You owe it to yourself to try it.

We were hoping for tableside salsa, but that isn't available until 4pm. Didn't matter as the fajitas were amazing--tender, juicy meat that was well-seasoned. We split them between two people; it was more than enough. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Drinks were never empty. Great afternoon lunch.

Armando was amazing. The atmosphere was hopping. Everybody was happy. The food was flowing and the food was so good. The chips were hot and salty. Everybody had smiles on their faces. It was a party. Thank you for the wonderful experience for me and my son.

The Guadalajara grill hands down has some of the best authentic and american style mexican food in Tucson with a fun atmosphere. This is our second time at this location and while the salsa comes out quickly, expect to wait sometime before being seen by a server. Water took 15+ minutes to come out after requesting and there was no food check. I understand being busy but you'd think there would be some ownership towards upping their service

Love the atmosphere, the menu selections, tableside salsa and the decor. We had spinach espinaca and mini chimis, both far exceeded our expectations. Service was ok, had to ask for togo box and check twice, salsa was served before our drink order was taken. We will absolutely return and highly recommend.

Amazing food and service. Edgardo was an excellent waiter. We never had to ask for any refills on drinks or chips/salsa. A definite must place to eat when in Tucson. Some of the best Mexican food we’ve ever had.

I can't believe it is Armandos SECOND night?! He could have owned the place as if if was his house. He was SO nice and attendant. Honestly amazing experience because of him. Great food and great service!

This is our first time to this Guadalajara and we probably won’t go to any other in town. Ivan our server was amazing, prompt, and quick. We had the Chile Colorado and Molcajete Mariscos, which were both amazing. Of course we havd to get the table side salsa and guac. It’s a must. Ivan made our experience a great one and we will be back. Thank you for the great service. No wonder there are so many great reviews!
