Its fresh and geared towards having a healthy option. The drinks are different as they are not the typical soft drink or teas. They have agave as sweetener, meh, not a fan. I like the poke bowls and extras options. The spicy mayo sauce has a kick. I advice to ask for light sauce always or on the side as it's a bit extra and overpowering. The seating is communal (long high tables and chairs are high no backs). Uncomfortable to sit next to strangers, but it's a great place to grab and go. Options of call in orders, fax order and delivery. Staff is new but friendly and helpful. It's a good pita option, must try the gyros. Its loud but not annoying. Oh the price is steep but dish is tastes fresh. Side note the poke bowls do tend to have a lot of rice for a filler. It's a definite must try!

Tofu poke bowl with edamame, ginger, seaweed, fried onion and ginger. With ginger sesame sauce. Was good. The rice was a bit dry, great proportions. I think the brown rice would have been better. I really think the portions are good for the price. Bit expensive, but good. My pig and I enjoyed it.

Great place to have a quick lunch. I had the Reggie bowl, it was a tiny bit spicy. The salmon was plump and had a good fresh flavor. We arrived just before noon and beat the rush. At 12 the line was long. I will definitely be back to try some of their other lunch options. 😋

Visiting from Alaska, and have high standards for fresh fish. This place was absolutely amazing! Fish was fresher than any upscale sushi restaurant, and the flavors of everything was on point! Favorite dining experience in the greater Tucson area by far!!

Took a while to place my order, however, that's only because this place is SO popular! I ordered the Rocco's bowl & a large soda. Before the tip, the total was less than $20. Fabulously fresh ingredients... You can watch your meal get prepared right in front of you! Enjoy!!

Every time I go to Jimmy's for Poke I know I'm in for a great experience. First of all, their prices are quite reasonable and you can get any topping at no additional cost, though I do believe they charge for extra helpings. Not that you'll be needing an extra helping because they do NOT skimp on anything, including the proteins. A personal favorite combo that I ALWAYS recommend is a regular bowl with rice of either kind, octopus/shrimp or crab/shrimp, and topped with the ponzu and eel sauces. You really can never go wrong here, and your meal is limited only by your imagination! Fresh, flavourful, healthy, and filling! I also love running over to Jimmy's Pita and Poke when I'm craving sushi because the poke really does just HIT THE SPOT. Though I think the star of the show has to be the staff! The staff here are always wonderful! They're kind, cheerful, generally energetic, and extremely understanding and patient when you're really not quite sure what you want to order. By far, Jimmy's is one of my favourite places to eat. If you're getting poke just make sure to mix first to REALLY get the full effect!

Absolutely amazing! Its been a long time since i ate food with nothing but a smile on my face from the sheer joy of the quality and flavor of the cuisine! The explosion of food was more than i could handle. This place was empty when i walked in and cant understand why. Ive never had this type of food but it completely impressed me. The staff was amazing at answering all my questions and recommending awesome dishes! Couldn't decide in what i wanted and ended up with the Hercules's and a large hot rice bowl with steak and shrimp with choice of toppings! They made the Hercules's exactly how I wanted it and better! The bowl was fun to make and add all the toppings i wanted! Shout out to Carley and Sarah for the customer service. Will be back and recommending this placeto friends and family. 🤤

The staff are friendly and quick to create your bowl. The bowls on the menu can be customized to your preferences. The restaurant is clean, and the murals make, this is a place I'll be returning to again & again!

I am hooked! I love the idea of getting fresh vegetables and a meal cooked right in front of you. I drive 40 minutes once a week to come and get my fix here at Jimmy's pita poke. Try it! You will not be disappointed! 🫶🏼

I got the Jimmy's Bowl and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Tuna and Dalmon tasted fresh and all the flavors melded together amazingly. I will definitely be coming back for more. The staff was also friendly and my food was made rather fast at their make line. If you are a fan of poke bowls you have to give them a try.

So I was gonna give this place 4 stars because you have to exceptional to get 5. I went to the river location and got the California crunch and the Hercules. I have read the worst reviews because that is how I judge wether or not I go. If there was any truth to the old reviews there is a 180 right now. The food was fresh with an amazing taste. Cucumbers were crunchy avocado were the great green of freshly peeled. Not the brown like it has been sitting. I went to the campus location my first time and it isn’t very easy to find. I am a very impatient person and this place was worth the hunt. Now I said I don’t do 4 stars and food alone doesn’t do 5 stars for me. The customer service is what sets them apart from anyone else. They forgot their ponzu sauce and I was upset. I was picking up my daughter from school and I would have to get back on the highway to get my sauce which I got extra and the cost of the extra wasn’t worth the gas of my SUV. Idk who owns the red Toyota 4Runner but he offered to bring it to my daughter school and he was quick about it. I’m not gonna say he sped but the rate he go it to me he had to have a jet pack. When I met him he was so apologetic and didn’t seem bothered about the drive. I greatly appreciated that and now I’m a loyal customer. I challenge people to give this place a try. I promise it won’t disappoint.

Do not schedule an order for a later time! We ordered directly from their website and set the time for when we would be getting off work to pick it up. 10 minutes later I got an automated text saying it was ready- an hour before I even got off work. I called to see if it was a mistake and they said the order came through as earlier than what I put in. All my confirmation texts and emails said the time I had set though! I asked if they could remake it at the time it was supposed to be ordered for. They agreed but when I got there they handed me the cold food. I asked if that was the order that had been sitting around for an hour and they said yes. I explained I had asked for it to be remade and they said it would be a 15-20 minutes wait. We waited and the food was fine but they need to fix this glitch!

Awesome place for healthy food made quick! I learned that their fish is fresh everyday (important for AZ) and I can taste the difference. Colby gave great recommendations and a beautiful customer experience. Much prefer this place to any other fast food alternatives! Keep up the good work!

Ordered a pita in person for takeout but received a pita bowl. My “pita” looks nothing like the other pictures of pitas on here. The girl also messed up the other pita sandwich ingredients. It tasted okay. Will try again in the future. To respond …the pita photos are everywhere. On google maps it’s one of the first photos to come up that’s posted by you guys.

I drive an hour to see my girls at Jimmy's twice a month. Not only is the food ALWAYS fresh and wonderful but the service is exceptional. Since my first visit, I have had amazing experiences. Hands down one of my favorite lunch spots!

Ordered a Poke bowl with spicy and aloha tuna, loved the friendliness + helpfulness of the workers (I struggled picking what to add on 😅),and the taste of the food, would definitely come back again if I'm nearby and hungry!

I'm diabetic and I have some food allergies so this is the perfect place for me. The food was fresh and the service I received was Ava was hands down the best. She let me try the different tuna varieties to see which one was best. She truly cared about my needs.

So good. We live in Vail but every time we are on the north side we make a stop here. Never had the pita. The poke is delicious. Fresh ingredients and plenty of options! Done in or take out. You should try Jimmy's!

Overall enjoyed the food and would return. The fish tasted fresh as well as the vegetables. Additionally, the rice for the poke bowl was prepared well. The poke bowl I did try had a bit too much sauce (spicy mayo and eel sauce) which hid some of the flavor of the fish, but that is on me as the customer to state less than the normal amount of sauces when ordering.

I love sushi, wanted to try a new place while I was in the area. Extremely disappointed. Here is why. Portion small for cost, fish was fresh, bowl they place the poke in soaks up all the flavor, small seating area, service was okay first time here and not much help. Also I watched someone request more sauce for their bowl and they charged them extra. Not impressed, will not be back.

I have weird food allergies and this is one of the places I like to eat because they will look out for me. They also keep the different ingredients clean and separated. The staff is always friendly if you need something quick you can grab a Poke in just a minute or two, if you want hot food it will be made in front of you and fresh so it will take a minute. All the food here is great.

First time here. Got hot rice bowl with greens, brown rice, chicken, and lots of toppings. Everything was fresh and tasted great! Service was quick and friendly. Definitely will be back!!

I went here for the first time a few days ago to try a poke bowl and omg it was the best thing ever!! I got the Jimmys bowl with crab and tuna and my mom got the greek salad with chicken. We both agree the food is awesome and we will definitely come back!

First time here and it exceeded my expectations by far. Staff member who fixed my poke bowl answered all my questions, very friendly and patient. Friendly atmosphere. The poke bowl… I ordered the “normal poke” on all greens base, most of the toppings + avocado and I can’t remember the dressing name, but it had honey in it. I can’t do spicy so I did the honey one and everything was just the perfect pairing for an amazing flavor. The poke was perfection! Generous portion, this was two meals for me. I will absolutely be back!

The ahi tuna poke bowl was incredible and very delicious. It's a pick your own fish and pita place. Great healthy options. I got brown rice, spinach greens, avocado, carrot, broccoli and green onion with a garlic sesame sauce and honey soy. So delicious and fast. Highly recommend!
