I
don't
know
what
has
occurred
with
this
office
but
it
has
gone
downhill
dramatically
since
I
started
going
there.
They
are
extremely
rude,
you
can
never
speak
to
anybody
on
the
phone
and
have
to
wait
for
somebody
to
call
back.
I
was
scheduled
a
video
call
and
the
doctor
never
joined
the
meeting.
Called
to
ask
why
he
had
not
joined
the
meeting
and
was
told
that
I
don't
have
a
video
meeting
that
it
was
a
phone
call
and
somebody
would
call
me
back
in
10
minutes.
Nobody
ever
called
me
back
and
it
took
over
2
and
1/2
hours
of
my
time
waiting
for
somebody
to
call
or
the
doctor
to
join
me.
Every
time
you
call
back
they
continually
say
someone
will
follow
up
with
you
and
they're
not
sure
what's
happening.
Nobody
knows
what
anybody
else
is
doing
in
that
facility.
It
should
not
take
12
phone
calls
to
determine
why
an
appointment
was
missed
by
their
doctor.
All
of
the
people
on
the
phone
have
attitudes,
if
the
phone
disconnects
they
don't
call
you
back
and
you
have
to
start
all
over
again.
This
is
just
the
topper
from
an
issue
I
had
a
few
weeks
ago
with
them
as
well.
I
was
having
heart
pain
and
was
told
to
come
into
the
office,
which
is
20
minutes
away,
and
they
would
do
an
EKG.
After
arriving,
waiting
in
line
for
10
minutes,
sitting
down
and
waiting
another
10
minutes,
was
told
they
couldn't
do
the
EKG
and
I
had
to
go
to
the
hospital.
I
have
WPW
and
that
means
you
have
to
catch
it
right
when
it's
happening.
They
wasted
an
hour
of
my
time
because
of
employees
who
are
not
properly
trained.
When
I
made
a
complaint
with
the
office
manager,
she
apologized
profusely
and
said
that
they
needed
additional
training.
This
is
just
the
tipping
of
the
iceberg
and
I
will
find
another
doctor.
If
you
are
trying
to
keep
your
stress
level
down
or
attempting
to
accomplish
anything
in
a
timely
manner,
I
would
find
another
doctor.
