I’m can not fault the vets and the nurses but since the practice has been taken over by medi vet the prices have gone up an eye watering amount. I’ve been contacting other local non medi ver practices and their prices are a fraction of the price. If medi vet do not decrease their prices I will be moving to another vet which is such a shame as they are all great people and my dog loves going their.

I’m sorry to say, since Medivet took over All Creatures hasn’t been the same, they’ve lost that personal touch, the staff have all changed, even though the staff are very friendly and polite, it’s just not the same, very expensive now, my dog had to have blood tests every 6 months, and was told by the assistant that the Vet would ring to discuss the results, I heard nothing, I ended up ringing them, such a shame

Rang them for an emergency appointment for our dog and they saw him straight away- friendly, professional and really excellent all round experience from every staff member! Thank you from a very sheepish Norman with his onion and grape eating antics...!

Very lovely and professional staff, can always manage to squeeze us in!

A consultation was not had before performing bloods and discussing costs or further procedures. Asking for a breakdown of costs was something not done automatically. So, in short, the bill was a shock!

They take really good care of the pets 😊

A big thank you to Maria (vet), Caroline and the other nurses who helped us through the difficult time when Ralph (our cat ) had to be given his final sleep. He couldn't have had kinder or more gentle treatment , and we couldn't have had better support in making the decision.

We recently had to have our elderly cat put to sleep. He did not suffer from ill healthy very often so we have limited experience of the veterinary care but we were always happy with our sporadic visits. However the final visit was the best experience we could hope for. We suspected what would happen when we took him in but they were helpful, empathetic and took the stress from the whole situation, both the vet and the receptionist; we even received a lovely card in the post. The fee did not seem excessive and although COVID rules meant only one member of the family could go in they could not have done more to ease our visit.

Such a good, kind and very caring practice that makes you feel they really go the extra mile for your pet. My thanks to everyone at All Creatures especially Faye Valente who I can't praise enough. If you are looking for a new vet I wouldn't hesitate to recommend All Creatures.

The staff at All Creatures are invariably kind, helpful and caring both for our furry family members and human ones. They so obviously genuinely care about their clients, often remembering details about our pets and our families in a way you don’t tend to expect of any service these days. They’ve always taken their time and given me great advice about my cats and helped me a lot when I was a new cat owner. Highly recommend!
