    I’ve been training with Gus for a while now. He took time to understand my health needs and goals. Since the lockdown last year I've had Facetime sessions with Gus, even over this medium the intensity of our workouts remains undiminished. Gus gives a holistic service, it's about both body and mind. He takes time to understand how the week has been for you and what your energy levels are like and adapts the workout accordingly. I can honestly say no two sessions are the same which is refreshing. I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to leave one. Don't delay get in touch with him today!

    I have done many sessions with Gus and I highly recommend his service. Whenever I get the chance to workout, I like to make sure it really counts as I don't tend to workout as much as I should - with Gus I am always guaranteed an effective workout and can feel the difference! He is really knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience, so he will always advise on the best workouts and routines.

    Gus is an excellent trainer who brings enthusiasm and experience to his sessions. His work outs are fun and focused and make me feel more energised. I have been doing his sessions throughout lockdown and feel that I have benefited from them greatly. I highly recommend Gus to anyone: if you are new to exercise he will be supportive and encouraging, and if you are used to doing fitness classes he will provide you with the right level of challenge.

    I do 2 classes every week with Gus and can honestly say I'm fitter, stronger and way more flexible than I have been for a long time. Gus provides fun but challenging sessions and he is careful to differentiate the exercises so that you can work to whatever level is appropriate for your ability. I particularly enjoy the Monday stretch class as I think flexibility is so important as we get older. I always feel loose and limber afterward and I truly believe that these sessions are as good for my mental health as for my physical well-being.

    I have thoroughly enjoyed my online zoom training sessions with Gus at Active Life Forever. He has really helped transform my Health with fun, challenging and interactive work outs! Especially in this lockdown, it’s so important to have a routine for your health, I do 3 classes a week, 40 minute sessions and I feel and look stronger! The price is great too! Don’t hesitate and Book with Gus, honestly you won’t regret it

    Gus put together an exercise/diet plan for my daughter & I. We would meet with Gus once a week to work out & implement our fitness plan. I have a spinal condition & Gus made a separate workout plan to accommodate my condition. We were both able to loose weight & get fit for a hiking holiday in Costa Rica. Overall we found that Gus was very professional, knowledgable & motivative. I know that without Gus we would never have been able to do the hike & I would highly recommend him.

    I’ve been working with Gus for many years. He is aware of my health and physical needs and adapts my sessions to suit these. Since lockdown in March 2020 we have been having three sessions a week via FaceTime and it has really helped me to stay positive and keep healthy. Gus not only trains me but also gives advice on diet and lifestyle, which has been invaluable this year to keep me fit and healthy. He is knowledgeable, patient and enthusiastic. I’d highly recommend him if you are looking for a new trainer. Give him a try!

    I’ve been training with Gus on and off since the late 90’s. He’s an amazing guy, very professional skilled and knowledgeable in his arena. I’m presently living in the Caribbean but still manage to join in on his classes twice weekly. I’ve just turned 60 so the chair based class for us older folk is perfect for me; I have lower back issues but am able to complete the 40 min session and break a nice sweat.     I love the energy and enthusiasm of our stretch sessions with Gus who is do kind.I really feel the benefits after each class. Exercise is well paced and adapted to our individual needs. Gus’ sessions are really important for my wellbeing. Highly recommended!

    Gus was fantastic from start to finish. We started with a taster session then I signed up to a 12-week programme. Every gym session was varied - hitting different muscles and never boring. 24/7 support followed during the week with food tips, dietary information and general motivation. Gus is a brilliant trainer and very knowledgeable - he said we were going to see big results and we did. I lost close to 1 and a half stone in the 12 weeks we trained together as well as shredded 5.5 inches of my waist and 2.7 inches of my hips. My body fat went down and my muscle percentage went up. I massively recommend Gus to anyone looking to make a change and get in shape!

    Gus is the real deal. We’ve had trainers in Central London and they’ve not nearly made us sweat and work as hard as Gus has. The sessions are so fun, always changing it up with different exercises that get my husband and I training efficiently. We all enjoy a good laugh and Gus makes use of all the space around us (inside and outside) It’s been a month and I’m already noticing positive differences in my mental and physical health. My father in law has since joined and he’s loving it too. A knowledgeable trainer who really takes care of our form, post workout stretches, and tailors our training to meet our individual goals. Really very pleased so far! Thanks Gus.
