I love this gym I have been here for 7 months now for k1 training. The amount of support I receive from Andy and his wife is unreal and amazing. Since from the start he has been motivating me and showed me so much support which me push further and further. The facilities are really good providing everything I need. People around here are also very respectful and the atmosphere is really good. If you haven’t joined the gym then you must come here trust me you will be satisfied.

Love this gym! Do PT sessions with the head coach/owner and everyone is so lovely! Well worth it!

Great gym- proper old school lifting style gym with a great free weight and machine selection. Also a good boxing gym in the back. Staff are brilliant.

Mate recommended this place came in today on a day pass tall fella behind the counter really helpful showed me around and good vibe defo recommend and will be signing up.
