Plant selection seems limited compared with Coolings. Covid precautions are as expected, although would be good to have trolley cleaner near where you collect the trolley! Staff pleasant and short queue at 10:15… 3 tills open. Update. Visited to buy a plant as a present. Good selection of plants. One issue that only one cashier on duty and half a dozen people in the queue. Come on Dobbies monitor your tills and get additional cashiers on when needed.

This is outrageous. The worst turf I've ever seen, I bought the same amount last week and they were great quality. I think this deserves a refund.

Have To LOL,,,Went there 20th September, got loads of Halloween C### out on display and wire baskets everywhere full of Christmas C###,Unbelievable! Every time I go there things have gone up since Dobbies arrived, they don't offer anything at a comparable price to elsewhere,I know because I can't afford to waste money and always shop around. Really a centre for their neighbours in Keston and Farnborough parks to shop. £££'s

Suburban site with a great mix of annuals, shrubs, garden tools and house-plants. Something for everyone. It also has a good range of pots and fencing accessories. I found everything I needed plus a great pop-up style coffee stall in the car park.

Compared to other Dobbies , this one is not great, many plants were in a bad way but still full price. Selection of everything was low, lots of empty shelves and felt like there was no coherant plan for the layout

It is rare that I write a review, however given my last 3 experiences with this Garden Centre I am compelled to do so. What excellent service. Looking to re model my garden I headed for Wyevale in Keston on a recommendation. Without wishing to bore you with all that I purchased (which, by the way was of the highest quality and most reasonably priced) I came across the most welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful team, whose names I would like to mention and thank. Harvey, Aaron, Clare and the manager Andrew were all delightful, informed and professional .Running a business of my own, i know how invaluable great staff are to the whole customer experience and so I cannot praise all the team on the shop floor enough who have consistently gone out of their way to help me create a garden I am very proud of, so many thanks to them and Wyeville. A special mention also to the Delivery guy Andrew who is just the sweetest most helpful of any delivery driver I have ever come across. 5 star service all round.

Underdeveloped and misses opportunities. This is a spacious garden centre, easily accessable by car or by bus. It hosts a separate pet shop outlet, and enjoys plenty of free parking. Staff were generally helpful and welcoming, and the venue is very clean. However I can't help but feel this place is a missed opportunity. I enjoyed visiting the small Dobbies in Richmond, however this venue has a 'no frills' feeling, where only basic gardening nesessities seemed to be stocked. The product assortment wasn't particularly well considered beyond this or particularly inspiring, in the end I didn't buy anything. Also unlike many smiliar garden centres, there are no additional facilities, such as a cafe. Or any real diversity of products such as gifts or homewares. I feel with a little more thought this place could be an amazing destination for customers, however it needs a little more energy.

A good range, but not the best prices. Access to the covered shopping area is a bit of a struggle for the less able, with quite steep entrance and exit ramps. Having said that, you can get level access via the side entrance but it's quite a long way round.

Always leave with trollies full of plants. Unfortunately, the man with longer hair and sunglasses is so rude!! The bald guy is wonderful

A really lovely nursery, extensive well cared for plant selection. Was thinking there might be a cafe but at present there isn't one.

This is a medium sized garden centre with plenty of parking. They have a good selection of plants and seeds plus the usual extras like compost, fertilizer and pots. There are also garden hand tools and mowers. In addition they have a good pet shop. Prices are reasonable and there is good wheelchair access.

This dobbies will always hold a special place in my heart because the whole team there are just amazing people. They are always so kind and knowledgeable, and ever so patient with new staff. As an ex-employee, I was sad to leave because the people were irreplaceable. I wish them all the best. :)
