This place is amazing and I lived in Bromley for 20+ years and always wondered what the black and white cow at the top of Shire Lane was until introduced to it by a regular dog walker that I met in Cuckoo Wood. It’s like a tardis and the equivalent of Hamleys for dogs! Our young dog wasn’t good with dried food as recommended by the vets and after being referred here Kate sorted us out with a trial of raw food Nutriment Turkey and from there on we have never looked back - grade one poos🐕👍. Thank you Kate✔️ Kate also gave us the recommendation for Forthglade for travelling that is wholesome and negates the problems in the logistics of keeping raw food safe. We were also introduced to all these healthy and wholesome dog treats: fish twists, pigs ears, mackerel morsels and antlers etc etc.., All the staff are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I also picked up gas bottles from Kate’s brother Sam at a competitive price. So go on - give this place a try and see for yourself?

I had never been in there before but popped in on my way back from taking my puppy for a walk. My puppy was being super fussy with her food and I was worried sick. The girl/woman who helped me in Jack Frost was amazingly helpful. And each time I go in the staff are friendly and helpful and the shop stocks quality products for each of my pets.

I am so glad I found this place, all the staff are especially helpful, and one very knowledgeable man spent alot of time discussing our dog food allergy, which thanks to him and his recommendation, is totally sorted! A little selection of animals out back too that the kids love to come and see. Such a big range of pet products and lots more. Its fantastic!

Excellent selection of most things you would need small AND large animal wise, i.e; food, etc. Plus chicks, rabbits, ducks, etc. An old fashioned store with old fashioned values... Excellent service once you can find someone (if you need assistance suggested you go to the check out till at the end of the shopping experience), but once you find someone the knowledge and help is first class. Great country store, old fashioned values, couldn't recommend highly enough. Great prices too. A 5star experience at 2star prices

Great and friendly team, cant do enough to help customers and the community. Run great loyalty schemes and have a huge variety of stock for all pets. Offer to help load up cars too and also had a great service during covid to help keep pets fed. Thanks to the team for all their hard work.
