Good welcoming vibe from staff on arrival, has a good selection of Tropical fish and plants, Marine fish and products was limited and some Koi in outside tanks. I was very impressed with the pricing of equipment and tanks. They also had a good variety of Reptiles and kept in good conditions. I would definitely recommend a visit. We'll differently be back in the future.

This is a real nice place for all your needs for tropical fish and reptiles 🦎. I go there once a week. The staff are so helpful and real friendly especially Alice so knowledgeable for such a young girl. 😊 highly recommend even for a visit.

Lovely little shop with a good range of reptiles, fish and equipment. Pricing is excellent and had some very good offers on fish and tanks. Staff were very friendly, even picking up my phobia of snakes and guiding me away from them. Animals all looked to be living in good conditions and healthy. I would definitely be back again and would have given five stars if there had been slightly more choice of fish, Inc koi, and a little better organised. A great little store.

Just got back from Tatsfield aquatics. Went there to buy a couple of hundred quids worth of fish. Good pond stock. Shop completely empty. Two staff talking on mobile phones not interested in us...Left.

We came here for aquatic plants. The gentleman (think he was called Stuart) was so knowledgeable and really helped my husband today. Husband came away very happy

Friendly and helpful staff. Steve was great with a walk through of the coral trays and some of the marine fish. Brilliant choice of tropical and marine fish. Corals at great prices! Will definitely be returning soon! Place is a bit off the beaten track, but a little gem.

Nice little place, came here to get our crested gecko... thorough range of creatures and accessories... aquatic stuff probably equally good but wasn't really looking at that. Animals seem well kept, nice staff with plenty of time for us, prices reasonable. Will definitely return for future needs.

Very good value for money. 10 pond fish for £18. Fish are healthy and very active in my pond. Staff were very helpful.
