An excellent pet shop. Top quality graded products. The rating system on pet food is great to find just the right food for you pets. Fantastic customer service. The staff take the time to make sure to have a great shopping experience and all backed up by guys that offer expert advice.

A real pleasure to shop at this store. Pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable staff that have mastered the difference between attentive and intrusive. A first class stock of both food and accessories. Many other Pet Supply shops could learn many lessons from here.

The staff are absolutely 100 percent professional, friendly and helpful. They have gone above and beyond to help not only myself but other customers. To deliver food after closing for a customer who could not carry the shopping. To calling other branches to source dog food when out of stock for myself. Can't be beaten on customer service. The store is extremely clean and presentable.

We absolutely love Pets Corner! We've been so impressed by the range of products, the atmosphere in store at Biggin Hill and the friendly and knowledgeable staff. In particular, we would like to say thank you to Adam for his sound advice around nutrition when our dog was experiencing gut issues. We wanted to switch food brand and had no idea where to start to ensure we were making the best choice. With Adam's support we made the choice to switch to McAdams. All of our dog's gut issues have resolved and he's happier and healthier! We recently signed up for a subscription for food delivery and the process has been so easy, deliveries always arrive on time are packed well and we're kept informed. Totally hassle free, brilliant! Before finding Pets Corner we tried other pet stores and we now see Pets Corner is just in a different league. When you step into Pets Corner it's a different atmosphere to any other pet store, where staff really care about your pet and their work. Great little shop. Pop in here when I pick up a few bits at Tesco or Waitrose. Always have stock and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

I popped down there to apply for a job and I met Adam who was such a star. There was nobody else around so he helped me apply through the website and help me secure an interview! Absolute star, I wish him the very best because he helped me out so much! Everyone needs an employee like Adam!
