Nearly got run down by an idiot racing round the store on electric scooter also had a child on it with him, store staff done nothing, security should make them leave them outside before someone gets injured. Also a lot of shoplifting and eating products whilst shopping goes on.

Great supermarket. Lots of different variety’s in there. There are clothes, food, deli, meat and fish counter, bakery. I would definitely recommend going to this store especially on a Wednesday when the market is outside. There is also a cafe in Asda but I haven’t tried it yet. Majority of staff seem nice

The worst Asda collect point ever. I've waited 25 minutes to have my parcel collected and no staff arrived. I had to come for the second time to get my parcel and it was worse than first time.

Unfortunately my local supermarket. It's the worst managed supermarket around. Half the shelves are empty (particularly of fruit and veg). Prices are often missing or have 'out of stock' over them (when it is in stock) so you can't see the price anyway. Signage for each isle is wrong for half the stuff in there. Things are marked with 'offer' then there is no mention of what the offer is. If you enter from one end of the supermarket there are never any baskets available, so you have to walk to the other end anyway. Shambolic

The product range itself is very good, but everything else is awful to be honest. Overcrowded, understaffed - they want you to use the trolley tills, most people prefer a staffed till (for big shops). And your toilets are a health and safety hazard. Dirty, wet floors - a big store like this deserves better toilet facilities. My pregnant wife nearly slipped over in there.

Bought a pair of jeans on reduced price. When I realized at home that they don't fit took it back for a refund. Customer service at the store fobbed me off saying I can't get a refund because it was on reduced price not even store credit! Phoned their customer service where a really nice guy was looking into what happened and reassured me that unworn George clothes with price tag attached have the 100 days satisfaction guarantee. He also gave me a reference number. Went back next day , had the receipt as well when customer service guy at the store finally gave me a refund like he was doing me favour and said in THIS STORE they don't refund reduce priced items. Beware of them , if any doubt call their customer service instead!!!

Like heaven. This is the most incredible supermarket I’ve ever been to. It’s like Disneyland but for food. For a fatty like myself it couldn’t have been more amazing. I wandered the idyllic isles like a lion, scoping out my pray, then attacking a pork belly tray with exacting prowess I carefully lowered into my food chariot. I then turned a corner and found myself surrounded by vegetation and juicy ripe fruit. What a find for a hungry, overweight chunk I thought, this is the place I need to live - Saladville. I scooped some freshly picked fruit before other hunter-gatherers descended, picking only the ripest berries that even the man from Del Monte wouldn’t have been able resist. The rest of my time spent here was just as incredible, but I’ll save that for another time. Only spoiled once by a woman in her sparkly dressing gown wearing fake squashed Uggs trying to steal some Lambrini. What a place. 10/10. Would recommend.

Every time I shop here ,the toilets are closed or out of order, this has been a ongoing problem for must be a year or more ?. With the price of a trolley of shopping being well over £100 ,it's not much to expect to be able to use the loo if needed sort it out Asda!.

On 4 occasions I have had to deal with customer services. On 2 of those occasions the members of staff ignored my presence and were quite rude. Lucky that they have a member of staff called Rebecca. She is very helpful. On the 2 occasions that I really needed help with returns or refund queries, I am thankful that she served me and not the former (didn't get their names). She promotes customer service by going above and beyond to help customers, and does so with a friendly smile. I did mention this to a store manager and asked that my comments got back to her, along with the complaint to the others, who I pointed out at the time, but nothing got fed back to me or Rebecca. She needs to know that there are customers who appreciate her attitude and work ethic.

Great store especially when you need travel money (and can state what denominations you want) very help although a little higher cost than some, but factor in the fuel to go elsewhere then it makes sense to use Asda…

Staff do not know ASDA return policy and even when shown the policy they refuse to follow it. Staff then become rude and disrespectful. No staff around to help or busy talking around the self service checkouts. Very disappointed.

For more than 6 Months customers strugling to use trolleys and Asda doesn’t do anything about it. Also the toilets are the most disgusting ones I have ever seen. H&S should be highly concerned here, I will probably escalate this differently as I’m sure this post won’t make any difference. Avoid

Helpful staff, but with NO disabled toilets... or baby changing (I assume) facilities and no cafe...I see no reason for people to actually shop here. Very, very poor customer service. ASDA once stood for great value and a great shopping experience...but this store cares only about profit and offers nothing back in the way of loyalty. Can't recommend.

A large supermarket with adequate parking Theory reason for 4*'s is that I feel that some products don't seem so competitively price under the new owners

The best thing about this store is not the prices, it's not the products, it's not the location, it's not the carpark, It's is the staff they are generally so very helpful and keen to help which a big difference. Both in store and home delivery they do a great job thank you. The prices do need tobe lower and not go up each time I go in each week or more it's not always about record profits but karma. The store could do with a good clean overall maybe get Kim Woodburn in to advise the cleaning and might help get rid of those bad smells. The store is old like me and needs a make over. Maybe restock the shelves more often. Overall it's a ok place to shop with two carparks. The staff are your biggest asset so please look after them. Thank you.🙂

Rude staff, they don’t know how to deal with different cultures when I comes to their food selection. They only have polish. As Swanley is changing there are a lot of afro Caribbean in these areas. And they only sale patties at
