I picked up my car on my own . If able I will post photos of the poor quality internal valeting clean inside, ( carpets and leather were included for £130) They had agree to clean the outside as well for that price . I should have got them to put that in Writing as when I found the outside dirty they denied this. the manager started shouting at me causing me of lying. He and his male assistant were verbally abusive and threatened not to give me the key back unless I paid the whole amount then stormed off They’re were 5 men crowding around me, three were quiet and didn’t know what to say . . My only saving grace was the kind lady who ran the attached coffee shop . I agreed to pay £100 and she gave me the key back . Very unprofessional. I would advise avoid

Not impressed. Every wheel still had brake dust on them, interior still had dust and inside windscreen hadn't been touched. Attitude when I asked them to rectify. Thought I'd give them a go but I'll stick to my normal £12 inside and out, a much better clean.

Would give a lower rating if I could. For the amount paid I assumed they would get rid of all bits of rubbish around my car as well as food crumbs I've been to car washes at 25% of the price I paid and got 10 times better service AND tools half the time, my car was emasculate! I feel this was a very poor service and would not recommend to anybody. I will never be returning and will be getting my car washed again today (not at this establishment). Poor service. Very poor services, the manager did not listen to the customer feedback, he said he are happy what they have done. if you do not want to waste your money, do not go there, they will make you down. you can see my pics uploaded, after washed ,the car still looks dirty. Believe customer feedback.

Turned up as my son had been unwell and sick in the car seat so needed it cleaned. The guy said they were too busy to do that… even though I could have gone for a service which takes 25mins to clean and wash outside and inside but they wouldn’t take a 5min job to wash a car seat thanks..

I knew I shouldn't have gone there but I was in a rush and it was the closest one! £30 pounds and they couldn't even hoover the inside of my car properly a child could have done it better. I was going to go back and give them a chance to redo my car before I wrote a bad review. But they only have one job to do and that's to clean cars, how hard can it be?? I didn't have time to go back, should off been done properly in the first place.

Don't bother, if you like to waste £30 and then have to go over yourself after then go for it. Really poor service inside was still dirty and my car wasn't that bad to begin with won't be going back. £30 down the drain

Perfect if you love washing your own car. If, like me however, you prefer to pay someone to wash it for you then this isn't the place for you. I've been here several times to try and give them the benefit of the doubt but each time I've had to go round my car cleaning bits they've missed. For £35 my car spent about 10 minutes being 'washed', I can only tell that it had actually been through their washing process because my seat was in a different position. Avoid at all costs, unless you're really desperate for a cup of coffee or the car park of the PC World next door is full.

Not good job at all. I am so annoyed. It was first time I've used Olleys Posh Wosh and I'll never return.... 27 pounds it cost!!! And they couldn't even hoover the car properly and outside of the car wasn't clean either. Never again!!! So disappointed.

They offer interior vacuming but apparently can't clean my car because of dog hair which won't come off with a 'normal hoover' I expected them to have an industrial hoover. I already clean my car with a 'normal hoover' hence the need to come to a professional car cleaning service for a deeper clean.

STAY AWAY! Firstly they put the price up by £2 saying it was because the car was a qashqai? So for £27 I thought I'd be getting a good job. The seats at the back look like they weren't even touched! See the pictures.The front was ok, that's why I just left. I rang them to complain and they said I need to come back within 24hrs which I couldn't do. So with the carwash and a cuppa £29 for a shoddy job!

First time I’ve ever been to a Posh Car Wash. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was delighted. The Car was gleaming inside & out, the staff couldn’t do enough to please. The bonus was having a lovely cup of freshly made Coffee & Cake served by the most delightful young lady in the reception. I will definitely be returning. Thank you
