I have bought many bikes from decathlon and all have I found to be good geometry and comfortable. I have used the Bromley workshop many times and have had great service on all occasions. would strongly recommend

Came into Bromley store as recently bought electric bike that needed adjustment. The staff were very polite.,friendly and helpful and quickly got Viktor a bike mechanic to help. He adjusted the break immediately and then checked over the bike. Nothing was too much trouble and he took time to explain about the battery and different features. Was very impressed by the service. Highly recommend.

I was assisted by Blessing and Oliver at Decathlon Bromley. First time getting a bike (using cyclescheme) and I had no idea what I was doing. They were both very helpful, Blessing explained how the process works over the phone and they helped me find the accessories I would need as well.

Got puncture on bike on way back from keston. Came in store for inner tube but only had cash. Very helpfull staff member paid for it on her card and i gave her the money. Great customer service

Been using this place a lot this year for a new road bike and cycling gear and upgrades. Very helpful workshop staff. Gutted to hear it will be closing soon, along with the store in Croydon. No other sports shop comes close imho.

Purchased an E-Bike from here, had to get it fixed due to an accident I had, delivered the bike and was advised it would take up to 3 weeks to have the part needed to be delivered. Got a call by the end of the second week and it had been fixed. Due to a busy schedule I was unable to pick up the bike for a couple of weeks, they did not rush me to collect the bike which...I don't know if it is worth mentioning but that was a real positive part of it for me. I then had to have the wheel sorted due to a punctured innertube. Brought it in and I was advised of how long it would take, It was completed in good time as advised. All the staff, especially the team in the bicycle department have been incredible. Jack and Sorin are so friendly and have so much knowledge. Cannot remember the head technicians name, I think it began with an M? Really really nice guy too. Service is on point and the staff are a credit to the company.

Amazing range of products, staff are really friendly and helpful. If they haven't got what you're after in store, they always try to find the best solution. 5/5 so glad to have a decathlon in Bromley.

Very big store with the type of sportswear/sporting equipment that's not found in regular sports scores. Staff are always on hand to politely offer help, if it's required.

Friendly store and they have been helpful in the past with getting simple things like; bike cleans, tyre changes etc. However, in terms of electronic issues there seems to be a few things they can't fix. The bike has been in the shop for over a month and every week is a different excuse. This is as; "We can't test it outside because of staffing", or, "nothing is showing up on our diagnostics (no stats shared)", and "we can order this part and see if it works". - only to find out days later that the parts were ordered 2 days after promised. I've also been told to take back the bike and sell it for something else or get a new one. I shouldn't be forced to sell it (particularly during the train strikes) because the issue hasn't been resolved! It seems like they can't communicate effectively in store with one another to resolve this issue!

Liam was absolutely a treasure to us. He is kind and very pleasant and an excellent salesman. We’re very grateful with him attending us. He is a big asset for the shop!

This store is small compared to the big one in Croydon or Surrey Quays but each time I go I get first class help and advise from one of their employee called Iliana who knows the products so well. Will visit the store again and again.

I’ve been to the shop yesterday, all the staff was really friendly and helpful. Marika in particular was very professional and nice, she helped me find the perfect tent and other supplies for my upcoming camping trip with friends.

Terrible customer services and dont buy folding bike tilt 500 false economy: I bought a tilt foldable bike less than three month ago. Tire broke already once and now the derailleur. I brought the bike where i bought it. The bike shop has never been joinable and get information with great difficulties. It has been more than four weeks now and we are still awaiting derailleur from france. No solution has been offered by the store and the store manager was patronising.

Bought a few ski gears for kids. Wasn't planning to buy a bike.Jack kindly showed us around , allowing my boys to try it out. We bought 2 bikes at the end. Jack is helpful, professional and kind.

I was buying my a bike for myself and i was saying too one of the staff i liked this electric bike. I am 90kg and one of the staff said to me are you sure you can fit. I said yes but she said im too fat. Store reccomend but staff horrible.

Got my new bike from there. Staff was very helpful,..checking my new bike over & raised my seat up. Is it company rules for the security man to ask for one receipt of purchase of buying a new bike,before one leave the shop. I had to take everything out of my backpack,get to my receipt in my purse,to show the security man.They should have big sign to let customers knows of the company rules, to have their receipt ready to show proof of purchase of buy item ect bike.

I popped in to the Bromley branch to Collect my cool bag but ended up leaving with a self inflating mattress. It was the display model and the staff were reluctant to sell it to me, but after speaking with the manager of the store Blessing, he agreed to let me have it as it was the end of the season and the mats were out of stock online. I am so grateful for this and want to thank Blessing for his wonderful customer service. Thank you again!
